Have Hybrid Events now proved to be too biased to one phase over the other?

in The Bridge
6m VP in phase 1 v/s 24 VP in phase 2
1:1 is the perfect ratio but we often see 1:2 for Faction/Skirmish, Faction/Galaxy, Voyage/Skirmish, or Voyage/Galaxy
1:4 for this week's Faction/Specialist event is way to one sided.
Either scrap Hybrid Events or more thought needs to be applied after events to adjust VP rates to get to more even ratio.
Someone in 1st after phase 1 playing 48 hours,. should not be caught in phase 2 by Someone playing for 2hours in phase 2.
Week 3 mega is Voyage/Specialist and hopefully most will realise it's pointless going all out in phase 1 only to be engulfed in hours in phase 2

Specialist hybrids are even worse, as you can hit threshold in under 10 minutes. Any contribution in the other phase is completely pointless. This was all pointed out during the specialist beta events, but as per usual all critical feedback has been completely ignored.
If the rewards were actually worth the cost of sacrificing huge chunks of time, then more people would sacrifice that time.
Even with hybrid events including one phase of skirmish, there is absolutely a competitive advantage to starting the skirmish phase with a higher score from the earlier phase.
But, we dont see many people trying that angle because there just isnt much competition in this game anymore, and in my opinion that is due to the declining playerbase. Even if you get rank #1 now a days, you are really only playing against a couple of other people. No one else is trying for it.
It was crazy how much I would jump each time I cleared one of the 30k bonus rewards. I think I wound up spending around 6k chrons, which was less than I'd spend in a galaxy to finish that high.
The specialist events are still terrible, but better than voyage events, IMO. I'm not looking forward to the upcoming voyage/specialist hybrid. I won't aim for more than thresholds, if even that... I really have no motivation or desire to invest any time in that hybrid. Good luck to those that do enjoy those event types.
