EV Suit Tucker does not have Federation as a trait. This seems wrong to me.

    Doesn't everyone in Enterprise basically predate the Federation?

    Yup. No federation during ENT, thus no federation trait. And not to mention...
    Tucker doesn't survive to the founding of the federation. he's probably the only part of the main cast who was never alive during the federation...
