IIRC There was. They always appeared more like guards than executioners though. Seems a bit brutal for a Vulcan.

Well so does the Kal-if-fee, and a lot of stuff associated with the Pon-farr.

This guy looks cool, and we don't have many Vulcans with SEC, so he may be a decent addition for the Mega.
