Lol yeah. I would have been crazy not to take Burnham though.
Awhile back, I had a Smitten Picard, FO Burnham, and someone else good (can't remember now). Still went with Burnham.
I'm ashamed to say I've turned down FO Burnham in a begold before... didn't realize how OP she was
I also got some useful Purples, including the last star for Sela, allowing me to freeze her.
Also got stars for Sulan and Trelane.
I'd hate to know what REALLY good looks like.

Grilka v T'Pol v Tuvok
I know that stat wise getting Tuvok or T'Pol here would be the smart move, but I'm not really interested in those cards, and I LIKE Grilka. She is magnificent. Went with the star on Grilka.
Joachim v Tuvok v Kirk
Easy one for me, went with the star on Kirk. Rura Penthe Kirk is already my second best Security card at one star, so another star will only make him better.
McCoy v Bashir v Barclay
I've got Bashir FF here already, so he is out of consideration. I think Barclay is the better move statwise, but I go with my heart again: Dark Ages McCoy was my first ever Gold card in the game, and I'm happy to add another star to him.
Paris v Janeway v Cochrane
I've heard Delta Flyer Paris is a pretty good card, but I went with the third star on Cochrane. My ENG crew needs some work.
Paris v Picard v Moset
Passing up probably smarter gameplay choices Moset and Paris again, but I've REALLY wanted this Picard ever since he was added to the game.
Picard v Uhura v La Forge
I considered adding the star to Uhura, but I've heard this La Forge is a pretty good card, and I like the art. Went with La Forge.
Kirk v Chang v Odo
I feel bad for passing up a star for Chang, a character I like (and Odo, but this isn't my only or best Odo), but I had to add the star to Kirk here. This makes my Rura Penthe Kirk my strongest SEC card, edging out Mirror Picard.
Dukat v Data v Vina
Love Dukat, my favorite Star Trek villain, but I've gotten Pah-Wraith Cult Dukat in so many Beholds that I feel safe passing up the final star for him to grab Tempted Data, one of my most wanted cards in the game. Next time Dukat, next time.

Had 5 begolds, think that is a new record for me, usually its lucky for 1. Didn't put enough effort in to track them all, but 3rd star on Z. Odo, 2nd on Captain Nog, 2nd on Wrathful Khan, 1st on Garak, Eilm Garak, and 1st on Revolutionary Damar.
Geez, so jealous of this after my experience.
Picked up a variety of 4stars that I needed and a begold. I also got a Kurn finally, which is the first one Ive seen.
I picked Picard as I am trying to collect them all and this one has been VERY elusive for me

Good old diminished returns. And I would say that is wise logic.
Same. I pulled twice on the baseball-themed ten-pack to see if I could FF Niners Kira or luck into a Niners Worf and instead got a fifth star for Niners Rom, a fifth star for Dominion Dukat, and an all-FF behold with a sixth star for Dominion Dukat. With that kind of luck, I better wait for the next portal update.
