How about a new Super Rare or Legendary Crew rewards for...

...reaching a certain rank? (I'm thinking SR for level 80, and Legendary for level 99)
...have enough VIP points to go to VIP Level 20?

And I am talking about a specific crew that you can ONLY get when you reach those levels, like achievements/"special" Crew in Voyages.

At VIP 20, players should get an Elusive Treasures pack where all ten drops are 5*'s.
