Some combination of COM/DIP/SCI. With Veteran, but no Diplomat or Inspiring? All of the events of "All Good Things..." basically happened because he was able to inspire his old crew to follow him, but sure.
All Picards should be diplomats, if you ask me. But perhaps this one less so. He was basically considered an invalid by Crusher, Riker, Data, and even Geordi.
Personally, I'd like "The chicken and the egg, Will, the chicken and the egg!" from when he was in Ten Forward. (I forget the context... was he ordering breakfast?)
This could be an expensive day for me, from a dilithium perspective... 2 of the 7 SR crew I'm missing are in this pack - the new Picard and Marshal Q! I also have Drunk Troi at 1/5, so it would be great to add a star to her too.
Ive been saving up for a reason and this week’s pack was it. I needed all the characters except Martok. I have been waiting for them to add this Picard forever.
I picked up 2 more Q’s and one Picard. A begold gave me another RAF OBrien
Three packs...two Martoks...one new Picard...and a Legendary Behold where I chose Smitten Picard for a Picard two-fer I don't care if he's a weak card, the alternatives were Wesley Crusher and someone I don't even remember after a few minutes.
This Picard is the new highest base super rare science in the game, beating Graduation Burnham and Princess Jadzia. Not much in the proficiency, but I'll take it.
5 Picard, 4 Q, 1 Troi, 1 Chang. + 1 Tilly, 1 Mirror Spock, 1 Silik. (and another useful superrare I don't remember...)
And some useful schems. Not bad.
