I'm really glad you got your citacitations back. No customer should *ever* need to educate CS (basically the company that produced the product/service on how things work) because they are representatives of the company. They should've already been educated or provided the tools to self-educate by the company that they represent, as has already been stated by someone else.

Just a reminder... if you're exchanging your Yar copies for citations, check your inventory first to make sure you're under the cap. Also, definitely worth taking a screenshot too once you get them.
