Game connection weirdness

Hey all, got some weirdness going on.

Can't get into game or this forum on wifi, only on cell data.

No, my wifi IS working, it's playing Peppa pig.

No, I rebooted already.
No, my wife's non cell tablet is doing the same.

Speed tests show about 9mbps thru put (to be expected from a 15mbps connection also running Netflix)

No idea what's going on.
Its like our WiFi IP address had been banned or something.

I've been computering for 26 years, I've never encountered Anything like this before.

Thoughts ?

Yeah, that's weird, cell works for me too, but not WiFi.

I’m in the UK and it’s working fine for me on WiFi or mobile data.

Suspect DB have a data routing issue somewhere that’s affecting some ISP’s and not others.

UK here, wasn't able to login on any device. Finally thought of connecting through a VPN (US) and it works fine that way. Corroborates previous post.

Nice trick. Using a VPN now myself. Luckily the one I chose has a server only a city or two away. I'd hate for db to think we were spoofing them or something going from one country to the next in seconds and get banned.
(If it's a bannable offense.. I donno. )

We shouldn't have to be fixing these issues ourselves db.

I like in the us and can't log in (but for once for about 2 min then the game locked up) it's been over 2 hours I am in the USA

I cannot log in reliably either. Steam version doesn't work at all. IOS version sometimes logs in, but everything acts weird and is slow. I've tried wifi and cell data. I'm in the US.

Fibertel from Argentina has also problems to login to the game, but to add a little more to this problem, Cell phone speeds here are not as good as in the rest of the world!

Mine is back now too, Ontario- Canada.

So .. I'm guessing the first persons shift ended and the new guy came on, saw all this.. went "FML !" And did something.

But it's all speculation.

I am very sorry for those of you who were affected but this was out of our control.

It was down for one of our UK fleet members when he was using his home internet (WiFi), but worked for him using his devices cellular data.
