To get the double-item adwarp, you'll still need to run the mission manually. Otherwise you'll miss out on 450K credits every Saturday and lots of chronitons and shuttle boosters through the week, not to mention doubling rare items like holoemitters.
edit: oops, I'm not thinking right. Can just hit "warp", not "ad-warp!"
Why? I can single warp missions right now and then double reward them... this isn't an adwarp that would mess the cooldown of double up, it's just a normal warp
..err... You can definitely do a single warp, and then the double adwarp.
Ha, that hit me as soon as I looked away from the screen! I was confusing the blue "warp" and orange "ad-warp" buttons!
(It's 1am here! I blame fatigue!)

Was able to Warp the very last Cadet Mission, since had done the others already. Real time-saver, though.

Wait. We can freeze the Cadets now?!?!?
Correct, with the ability to warp you no longer need to keep characters around to complete the missions.
I will miss seeing Tourist Jadzia kick Command tuckass on the weekends though...
I actually agree. It added a different challenge. The whole reason they were introduced was to keep the 3 and 2 Star cards useful. Now only newer players will need to keep them in their crew until they Max out every cadet mission.
I always assumed they'd add new and different cadet mission. This seems to imply that's never going to be the case
EDIT: Fraction Missions Interface is changed, too.

I used one slot for a decent 3* to help in Commander. With all these slots opening up, I might just thaw two that are good instead of just decent. Though imo, the thing killing Commander is the 3* schematic rewards. There's just not a good reason to work on 3* ships.
Ezri Dax: Oh, how to keep from breaking into tears for no reason...
Rolling release. It's in the notes.......
As per usual, Yateball is absolutely spot on!
It frees up slots without adding extra slots, so we get extra crew space without increasing the size of the manifest. i.e. the scroll list won't increase when selecting crew for missions and space battles.
Indeed.
It is nice that they are on it, and are sending out compensation.
