#700

Updated to account for the unanticipated Evolved Janeway, discovered on 19 March.
It occurs to me that we're closing in on the 700th crew member to be added to the game. Presuming three new crew weekly (one in the portal, two in events), it should end up being whoever is the new portal addition on 26 March.
694 3/13 Test Pilot Archer
695 3/18 Captain Harry Kim
696 3/19 Usurper Lorca
697 3/19? Evolved Janeway
698 3/20 Evil Kirk
699 3/25 Tourist Trip
700 3/26 Weekly Themed Pack 5* or 4*
Presuming that's the schedule to be followed, two things jump out at me. Firstly, per Memory Alpha, the 700th entry in the canon was ENT "The Forgotten". That was a pretty solid episode, with Trip finally coming to terms with the death of his sister in the Xindi attack.
Guest options are limited. We already have Scientist Degra and Jannar but there are three others: Crewman Taylor, who exists only to die and give Tucker something to think about; the Xindi-Reptilian Captain; and Ensign Rivers (i.e., Seth MacFarlane). I dunno how CBS or Fox feel about MacFarlane's likeness being played up in licensed Trek content given that Disco and The Orville are more or less actively competing with one another, but I do think it'd be a fun little nod.
...It'll probably be Talos IV Burnham, though, won't it?
Edited after @Paladin 27 caught that I was off by one crew member.

I can dig it.
694 should be the new Archer that gets added tomorrow.
I would buy that for a dollar. If that isn’t the case, Lizzie Tucker would make for an interesting 5* event crew. As an architect, it’s not unreasonable for her to have ENG, COM, and DIP or maybe SCI.
Well, I’d say one thing’s for sure - you’ve put significantly more thought into this than DB has.

Stephen Hawking would be my pick but I would settle for Einstein or Newton.

That was such a great episode. The whole extreme desperation of the situation they were in was very powerful. Season three as a whole was by far the best season, though there were single episodes throughout all the seasons that were phenomenal themselves
I wouldn't complain about a (Melissa George) Disco Vina.
Good catch! For some reason, I apparently missed Penk, which is even stranger since I have him and should have checked him off my list. This means that the last crew member projected to be released in March, the new 4* added to the 3/28-4/1 event, would be #700. Xindi-Reptilian Captain and Ensign Rivers both feel a bit more 4* than 5* to me, so either would still be satisfying.
Also, in case anyone would care to use it, here's my checklist. I've cleared all my personalized info (checkmarks, immortalization data, number of stars) so it's clean and ready to be copied and used by you:

Yups, if "Mr" baby klingon should anticipate right kudos to him. But the connection between crewmember 700 of STT and the 7ooth canon entry of Star Trek seems quite farfetched to me. For obvious reasons cause there is a galaxy of difference between the mindset of fans and companies. Fans love to dwell in their memories, for them it is a hobby. And they have time to give in to thoughts like that. For companies this is a business. And especially smaller teams like DB have a quite busy time to deliver everything on schedule. And so usually have no timeframe for such deeper connections.
Travis also would be disappointed in case it would be Talos IV Burnham. I don´t. While she is not my most favourite character I would much prefer her over the choices he mentioned since I care zero about them. Also DB did a great job by delivering many Discovery characters on point with the airing of the episodes. So also keeping that in mind a new Burnham seems more likely indeed.
Can't find the missing one though from the latest releases.

There are a few low fusion people in the linked file. You can always check the vault for the current count (it’s at 693 now)
CAPTAIN BODAY
The opinionated guy with the toothy smile and transparent skull who ferried ore during the Dominion war? Guess he'd have CMD, possibly ENG and maybe SEC. Given that people hold different opinions about him I cannot see DIP but you never know.
But I'm pretty sure DB didn't care about #600, did they?
If I recall, we were trying to decide if it was Dr. Leonard McCoy or Ensign Picard.
Either way, we cared, DB didn't.
BRILLIANT. Ceteris paribus, she'd have to be the weekly themed pack on 4/16. This accounts for April having a mega-event and a recurring Legendary that would be introduced on 4/4.
wish I could like this more times!!
PM for details.
So long and thanks for all the fish.
Alternate Future Janeway from "Endgame" would make a lot of forum members happy. At least, it would have. I've lost track of how many of those players are still active.
I’ve been toying with the idea of farming the Most Wanted Crew list for information to compile into an interesting summation...I just really don’t want to do it on my phone and can never remember to do it when I am at my computer.
Which is tommorow.
Which is the day after today!
Was I the only one that didn't get that joke straight away.
I was like why 709 that's random
