As for the skills that's definitely a good lot but I'm out on featured packs this month. I don't have anij (guess I'm one of the lucky ones) but it'd be good to have this as crew on a future event.

Admiral of the Haus of GaghGagh, Starbase level 94, we are not accepting members at this time.
Captain of the voyage vessels: Queen of Bashir, Landsknecht, and Sunspear, the first luxury starship cruiseliners.
Amenities include wifi, fully-functioning holodecks, a full-service bar, 3 party decks, a Trill spa, and a business centre.
Fun fact: The ships are propelled by bouncy castle technology.
Every Archer has that trait, this one should be no different.
Also, what I’m about to suggest is a big stretch, but could he get the Xindi trait too? He’s been infected with Xindi pheromones and is essentially being imprinted upon as if he were a Xindi. Reason I ask, is there are so few Xindi in game and there is little potential for more to be added, as that arc didn’t give us a ton of new characters. So this Archer is at least a decent chance for the trait.
Lastly, this Archer *should* be a part of the Delphic Expanse collection. I see that currently he is not. Loque’eque Sato is though and she’s pretty much in the same boat as Archer, infected by something in the Delphic Expanse.
EDIT: Not every Archer has Pilot (see C.O.P. Archer and North Star Archer), I can see why C.O.P. Archer might not since he’s essentially ending his captaincy then, but North Star Archer actually should, and Imprinted Archer absolutely should as well because that version was mid Xindi arc when Archer was still by-and-large a Pilot.
