I got absolutely fleeced on this offer. 9/10 pulls were straight 4* dupes and the last pull had a 4* behold which were all dupes.

I've never had worse results with a batch of 10 packs.

I actually had pretty good luck on this one - 2nd star for Yarnek, 3rd star for Captain Lorca, and a 4th star for Prince Bashir.
