Event pull

Has anyone gotten the 5* from the event pull? I did 10 and got 4*s every time.

    I got a gold on my second pull. However the 5,6,7th pulls did not award any crew at all. I stopped at that point.

  • Same issue here.. two pulls of the event pack were empty.

    While you're at it, don't we normally get 100 chronitons in the mail before a Faction/Galaxy hybrid?

    I bought one pack. Got a Reno and a purple behold and 6 schemes (I think, it was a lot of schemes, either way). The behold was in a weird spot (second row, far left), but outside of that, it seemed normal to me.

    Ummm....they may have been sent...delivery is another thing :smile: which is to say, they weren't

    Didn't get them, got the message about the update. but not the "normal" event transmissions.
  • I am also part of the event pull issue. First pull of 5 received crew. next 2 nothing. Stopped pulling at that time.

    I see what happened with the in-game mail, the transmissions didn't get added. So I will resend as soon as I can.

    As far as the event packs/offers go, they are live again and working properly.

    We are looking at who was affected and will remedy it for them :)

    No e-mail or packs here yet. Is this going to take a few minutes? Or is this just for the blank packs and not the broken packs?

    There was no broken pack. The email sent out was for the blank packs.

    I have looked into your situation, and you will need to submit a ticket for that specific case.
    As far as I know it is an edge case and will need to be handled by PS.

    Not if you did not purchase an event pack and had issues with it :)

    Just bought two and had no problems at all... except for that minor issue with the server errors and replicate some items.
