Another thing I learned to finally do when Fugitive Burnham was the Threshold is to look for stuff the new Crew needs that drops from Space Battles. I got her to 💯 and Fully Equipped. And got the Legendary, IIRC. Was that the Skirmish with Rescue Team Uhura?
EDIT: Rescue Team Uhura was a later Skirmish. Once I had the new phone and did not miss Event days. Used that same technique, though.
Used the same technique that week to get Christine Chapel to 💯 and Fully Equipped.

Going to make some tweaks to "The Skirmish Strategy". Made a list of 5 🌟 and 4 🌟 Crew to mine Space Battles for needed stuff, and Intel.
Most likely still start with P and Stubby, since they are new.
Five 🌟 Crew will be based on various criteria:
P-New Event Crew. {Mega Recurring}-{2 🌟/💯/FE}-COMPLETED {Beyond the Veil} EV Suit Seven-To get to 💯 and FE to Immortalize at end of Campaign-COMPLETED Suus Mahna Sarek-The secret Sledgehammer.-COMPLETED {Beyond the Veil} First Officer Burn'Em-Sledgehammer-COMPLETED {Beyond the Veil} Doctor "Bones" McCoy-Medical Powerhouse-COMPLETED {Beyond the Veil}

I put Stubby in the Engineering Seat. With the Built-In Sledgehammer, plus Garth, Sarek, and Burn'Em, the Battles go quick.

I am using the IKS T'Ong and ENG is Captain Scott. So, I get passive if I use 'Picard and Number One' in the CMD seat.
But frankly, it really does not matter if I use Stubbs or Picard in CMD seat really see no difference in battle time.
It would be so helpful if we could click on an item in our inventory and have it tell us which missions to get it from and the drop rate, as opposed to waiting to need it while leveling a crew and seeing that way. Skirmishes are great for farming items and that would make things so much easier.
Heres my farming list during skirmish. Its basically for pre-farming items for galaxy events with the following criteria
- Required in galaxy event
- I have less than 100 mats (which means its being used)
- N (Normal), EL (Elite), EP (Epic)
- DE (Delphic Expanse), KE (Klingon Empire), CT (Celestial Temple)
