New spaceship! I have added 5* The Artifact to the Ships tab on the spreadsheet. Please note that newer ships will be added with Level 1 information until full stats are gathered, per the Wiki. LLAP
Edit post-post: 5* The Artifact seat assignments by skill are SCI, ENG, CMD, ENG. For those of us who look at passive numbers, I hope this is useful.
Actually ... does anyone read this thread? Just curious, as I could devote some time to updating the wiki instead if no one uses this. Feedback welcome, and LLAP.

I use this list when i go and fiddle with my Arena , attempting to get improved arena setup ( active for play and passive for idle ) ..
I must confess .. the Battle Setup tab does confuse me a bit. ..
I make a personal copy to enable editing
I assume i must copy the line for the ship i am using in the ship name .. this all lines up .
but when i copy the crew lines over, they dont line up .. so i guessing that is not how it works ...
Am i missing something ?
I just found this post. While I do not currently need it anymore (my admiral and captain arena setups are pretty solid now) I do think this is worth having and have bookmarked the spreadsheet. Arena is by far my favorite part of the game, but it's also the one part that has the least amount of info (a lot of it is trial and error). @~peregrine~ I think your spreadsheet is as important as the others (BBoBA, Level 100 Crew, etc.). Keep up the good work. [=

FWIW ...
I have deleted the Battle Setup tab, because I do not intend to recreate the game mechanics used by WRG for the Arena. Feel free to add such a tab to your personal copy of this spreadsheet.
Thank you for the feedback. LLAP

Well, frak ... here come automated ship battles in Version 7.52.. Guess I need to build that Battle Setup tab after all. Suggestions, anyone? @USS Dart had some good ones earlier in this thread, but I still feel a bit out of my depth here. I could use some help, if anyone is interested. 🖖
EDIT: No takers, so I will keep the file as-is. I set the sheets up to mirror the wiki, but all columns are moveable.

OK, I (still) need help. How can I make the sheet as-is better? Alternately, what kind of crew/ship abilities resource fits best with how STT presents card data?
I know that other players use scrapers. I don’t know how to do that. I am not asking for their data ... and the last thing I want to do is remove us players from the equation.
To me, setting up a crew lineup for Arena has always been fun. I miss that excitement, and I want my spreadsheet (or its successor) to help us all experience that fun more often.
🖖
EDIT: Sorry, @USS Dart , but I will not automate crew selection.

For the record, I like the sheet how it is. I like making my own line-ups. Just having the abilities and being able to sort by initialize time is enough for me. Thank you for keeping this available as long as you have.

Thank you for that, @Prime Lorca [10FH] . You have always been gracious and helpful here.
In preparation for auto-mode, I added two columns to the ship tab: Trigger & Init. I hope these changes make the ship tab more useful for players to sort & find their ships with triggers, so as to best utilize their own personal crew. 🖖
EDIT: I hid some columns. Let me know if y’all want to see them going forward.

New spaceship! I have added 4* Tholian Ship to the ships tab on the spreadsheet. Please note that newer ships will be added with Level 0 information until full stats are gathered from the Wiki.
I would like to thank this fellow player for helping me:
Also, big thank you to @Automaton_2000 for his suggestion regarding ship triggers. I wasn't sure how to make that useful before the next skirmish on Thursday 18-Jun-2020, but he was most helpful and kind (as always). Thank you again, sir. LLAP

I will interpret those “Awesomes” as approval of the ship sorting methodology. Thank you for the feedback; it does help. The Battle Setup tab will remain for your personal use, after you make a copy of the file.
In re: optimizing, I am still interested in adding drop-down menus, but lately I lack the motivation to learn how. I may be a curmudgeon, but I am willing to listen & hand over the keys if my hearing isn’t too good.

I tried to add filters to all of the columns. Is anyone able to test this for me?
Tested with other Google account. Filter is clunky, so I added a tutorial.
Spreadsheet updated thru Edward La Forge, Edward Larkin, and Nepenthe Troi. Nothing new that will change current arena or skirmish meta.
On a side note, I used the IKS Negh'Var (level 1) on auto and beat a Krayton with Killy. That ship should be fun once I can max it out. I might have bought more schematics if the seats weren't messed up at the initial roll out. I look forward to a re-run of that event. And seeing the schematics in Arena.
4s cloak on the neg-var is the same as on the Valdore ...
I personally did not get that much out of it .. perhaps i am playing it wrong, or simply did not have apropriate crew at the time ...

Having the cloak on Negh'Var hit on auto will beat a Valdore cloak, which is in line behind the cooldown reduction. That also means that human players on a Krayton or Valdore will have to be fast to hit their cooldown reduction, then all of the instant damage crew before your cloak goes up. My problem is that I only have the Negh'Var at level 3. It needs to be leveled up more to take just the normal damage from a Krayton or other ship.
I do think that the IKS Negh'Var will be a cool addition that could shake things up in the arena once more players can max the ship.
Interesting .. my Neg is only L1 , so i am in the same boat about the testability of it ...
Funny note tho .. when i was playing around yesterday trying a few options in my valdore, i noticed an inconsistency in power activation in the desktop-client i was using (probly steam version) ..
Some powers would not get auto-activated at all .. and when i switched back to my dkora and original setup, i noticed the same ..
My locutes often did not activate ... while on my iphone, i do not see this happening.
Anybody else seeing a diff in auto-battle resolution between desktop & mobile clients ?
PS .. just did a test .. off course .. now it did activate in proper sequence .... weridness....

I have not noticed any inconsistencies, but I also don't pay super close attention. I'll see if I notice anything in the future.

This is a list of strong skirmish crew that I created for my fleets. They're not all my fleets, of course, but I didn't just make the list for one fleet. Anyway... Here's some of the top skirmish crew. If you're looking for a starting point for building a good skirmish team, then this can get you started. I haven't updated the list in a long while. Please let me know if anyone needst to be added.
Hi Prime Lorca,
In the Super Rare category I now use Raffi Musiker instead of S31 Georgiou, same att bonus and damage, but slightly higher/different passives.

@Prime Lorca [10FH]
Thank you, @~peregrine~ . I will pick up the torch and maintain the spreadsheet.
I tend to keep busy with fleet responsibilities, so updates may come slowly, but I will try to keep them as far ahead of skirmishes as possible.
Since I will be the sole editor, I have made a copy of the file. The new link is:

I will probably start a new thread on the forum at a later date so this link does not get buried.

I want to thank @Prime Lorca [10FH] , for taking this on. I cannot think of a wiser ship-battle player who has helped me as much as you have.
I can’t wait to see how you make this better! Because I know you will.
Thank you for building it. I'm happy to serve the community in your place.
So, I will not try hauling coals to Newcastle. Let me know if I may assist in the future..
Thank you again, @Prime Lorca [10FH] . You really are a rock in our community, and I thank you for being here. And for being a friend.
