    3* Picard at El-Adrel + 4* Nausicaan Thug

If the supposed fusion involves the 5* Four Lights Picard, though, some players will howl. Just my 2¢. 🖖

  • Now that we've seen artwork for Cadet Picard from Nemesis, it's entirely possible that will be the Picard to merge with the Nausicaan.

I imagine that’s probably the way they would go if that were to be a merge card, but I have to say it would be a somewhat poor, inaccurate choice. Sure, I’m being nitpicky here because that would be Cadet Picard from Nemesis and NOT Cadet Picard from Tapestry; you know, young Picard in the magic Q flashback WITH HAIR. Not that DB or Star Trek for that matter is ever really one for solid continuity, but it’s worth mentioning.

I would be thoroughly disappointed if Shinzcard was the fusion half of No Regrets Picard. The issue of his hair is so trivial it qualifies as minutiae, but that's not the point. The Tom Hardy Cadet Picard is fine; it's a discontinuity but canonical and I kinda sorta respect that effort to support that.

However, "Tapestry" is such a lovely episode and take on It's a Wonderful Life that it would be a shame to tamper with that.

I’m surprised to see the number of people here that seem to have forgotten that haircuts exist. There is nothing I can think of that says Cadet Hardy and the Tapestry version are from the same point in time, nor that Cadet Hardy didn’t lose a bet of some kind that resulted in a shaved head (or was the subject of a drunken prank).

Well, yeah, haircuts exist, including the fact that Hardy-Picard could have simply shaved his head. That’s not the point but rather just a feature. The point is that it’s not the same actor as was young Picard in Tapestry, so it just wouldn’t feel or be right for a Hardy-Picard card to be used for such a fusion. The state of hair or no hair is all just superficial, though it does help keep them mentally separate with ease.
Weirdly enough, I’m also Vulcan Housewife. Also, RNGesus hates me, like really, REALLY hates me.

    And
Now we know why Tom Hardy was seen on set...
We know nothing about Tom Hardy and the set. There is no way DB is leaking details from an episode that hasn't aired yet.
Except for the fact that Tom Hardy Cadet Picard HAS been seen in an episode that apparently HAS aired . I sincerely hope that DB would not waste staff time creating artwork for a character that is not coming to the game. It's not like there are no issues with the game they could be working on instead........

NOPE. The picture being shared is from Nemesis. Nothing to do with the new series. DB may be bringing that picture to the game as a character. But that tells you NOTHING about any character appearance in Picard.

Yeah. I thought the person was talking about the new show. I just saw I was wrong and was on my way to say my bad!!!!!

    Apologies for posting incorrect information.

    I'm watching Nemesis now.......

Yeah, Bald Hardy and Hairy Stewart are the same guy. Anyone rejecting that would be pedantic on an unreasonable level. I maintain, however, that it would be disappointing if any fuse card based on "Tapestry" didn't use a corresponding Stewart Picard.

I'm really intrigued if they did use the Stewart Tapestry card. No Regrets Picard would need to be incredible to justify getting him from Voyage exclusives and then fusing with a Nausicaan. But if they make him a really good card(Voyage top 10 overall with solid traits and top 2-3 in a single skill) then I'd be willing to make the effort.

I would welcome it, provided that (as you said) the character was very good. The last fusable card, Cheesecake Seven, required only an open pocketbook, but you could get there in like 2 minutes (at least to 1 Star). At least this would require some time and effort.

Enough Engineering to challenge Banjo Bob in Gauntlet would be nice, too.

Whether or not you do know is kind of important. Since you stated it as a fact.

    Just sayin'..........

I read the Meme. And the important thing is "Do you know?" You did state it as a fact, now refuse to verify that "fact".......
