Tried logging in with my DB info and the game chucked me to a new account. The Facebook login panel is unusable, preventing me from trying to relog that way. Sent support an email with my original DBID. I don’t understand why it wasn’t linked properly already, but this is super frustrating.
How is the Facebook login panel unusable?
There’s literally nothing to press. It says it’s logged in as [my name] and has nothing else other than saying “to disconnect your Facebook account, contact support”.
It’s been stuck like that despite logging in with my DB info.
OK I see it - on what device are you playing?
If you are using a mobile device try removing the app entirely and make a fresh install.
Then try logging in with the Facebook option.

Reinstall fixed the issue and I was able to login properly; thanks.

I tried logging in and had similar results.
Then I updated the game and it still would not let me get into the game!!!!
Fix this issue!!!
