- Wild West - you have 1 left, but in general not the best crew.
- Bashir - Weak 5*s after Honey Bare and Falcon.
The only weak one in Wild West is Data and he's got unconventional stats. In fact all 4 5*'s for this collection have abnormal stat allocations which make all of them good for events.
Bashir is himself weak but you may want another MED/SEC/DIP. I know I do. Garak has unconventional stats, traits and decent total skills.
Frank Hollander is a pretty weak crew - at 4/5* he has my 19th-strongest base COM, and that’s behind four three-skill crew at 2-3/5*. Still, he’s the only Data with COM and that is bound to come in handy in Data events.
Just wanted to point out that Age of Sail Data handily beats Hollander for data CMD, though he's the only alternative and was a pack only crew originally, though he's now in portal.
Good point, thanks for reminding me that AoS Data has COM...he came up in enough beholds a few months ago you’d think I would remember that.
We (collectively as a player group) can probably find positives in almost all 5* cards in game but that doesn't mean that they are by any means good cards in game (I'm reminded of a recent conversation in the Piñata thread @ByloBand ... where I tried to indicate that without much effort you can find positives about almost any card put forward and hence what is the actual effect of implementation of the philosophy ... but lets not drag that dead horse out of the bog).
Furthermore, we can speculate ad nauseam about which 8 cards (+ The Caretaker) the OP has that are part of collections and not immortalised, but as I mentioned before, a concrete list of the 8 would be better to give any meaningful advice.
Then ... we can deliberate the specifics of the cards in question ... need a good voyager? Cite up Insectoid ... need help with events? Cite up that Data or an "Original" Picard etc. etc. etc. but until then, we're guessing ... and as was correctly stated, wait until the next campaign/mega is announced to get going on that citation project.

- Tarquin 3/4 (when he drops it's okay, but no honor)
The Big Goodbye:
- Cyrus Redblock 2/4 (when he drops it's okay, but no honor)
Chaotica:
- Doctor Chaotica 1/5 (no priority)
Wild West:
- Durango Troi 1/5 (no priority)
Gauntlet Collection:
- The Caretaker 1/5 (Honor Priority after i have finished Janeway but it will be a long run)
Our Man Bashir:
- Falcon O'Brien 2/5 (not sure about him)
Missing Crew is all Legendaries, i have all of the purple ones except some of those hard-to-get Voyage-Crew.
I'd go with Falcon and Troi. Main cast crew with very high Base skills. LaBorge and Augment Picard have good stats if I recall correctly. Falcon I recently immortalized because I had the honour and there was an O'Brien event going.
I wouldn't bother with 4*'s. Only time I pay honour for a 4* if its the threshold reward for a current event. I figure the 18K is worth it for an easier event and the crew won't be in the portal for awhile.
Personally, I don't mind finishing a sub-par 5* to finish collection. Finishing a collection does trigger a nice feeling in the lizard brain area.

- La Forge : decent voyager, good skill set, main cast crew, better than Ru'afo for voyages.
- Augment Picard : if we have any Picard related things due to the show, this might not be a bad option at all. Best Picard option for SEC if I'm not mistaken, sure to be excellent in Picard events.
Expect an announcement later today (in an hour or so) and that'll shed light on the situation of Picard or not.
- O'Brien : #2 SEC base behind High Roller Sisko, but the the better 3rd skill of ENG and that'll help for voyages even though he doesn't have the highest score there. A decent card for sure (just picked him up myself with this event's threshold reward).
- Troy is fine, but the above 3 are better options in my humble opinion.
EDIT: Durango Troi's event (Gods & Masters) is next up to be rerun for Galaxy events (I was hoping that event would run the coming weekend actually) so you might want to only cite till 4/5, as you can expect that event to be rerun relatively soon after the December mega ... lets assume January, just before the February mega event (DB has not re-run a pure Galaxy event since May!!), as it seems DB runs Flashback events right after mega events.
@Carmen Ibanez ich würde dir allgemein empfehlen Crew zu citen die dir beim Reisen oder anderweitig was bringt.
Die Kollektionen sind schön und gut aber von einer längeren Reise hast du mehr als von einem 10x Pack.

Der Falke ist super in SEC und die Durango ebenfalls. Das wären - wenn ich nach Kollektionen gehen würde meine Prioritäten. (Und natürlich die 4er)
