I know there are many ways to play, and I know my way is not better than others. But I'll share again that I rarely pay dilithium for pulls. I save for crew.slot sales. I now have 380/385 crew slots. It allows me to keep out lots of purple crew so I don't need to waste merits constantly thawing and refreezing crew. I also have more leeway to keep 3/4 crew from faction events until they show up in the portal rather than waste honor or get rid of them .
