Not counting megas, a few of my other besties are:
CMD: LTC Uhura, with her surprisingly good CMD-DIP and fair number of traits
Rachel Garrett - same thing but for CMD-SCI
DIP: Kolinahr Spock - this guy is just so good, DIP + CMD over 1000 each and he's a Spock!
Gorkon - for when those Klingon traits keep popping up
NS Tucker - costumed, jury rigger, gambler, romantic, stumbled into 3 of his stars via begolds and haven't regretted it since!
ENG: you guys have mentioned all of my frequent flyers except DTF Torres, man is she great
SEC: again from weird beholds, i somehow managed to get Mirror Worf to 5/5 and he gets bonus points for having some of the best sound clips in the game
MED: surprise entry here, but Twilight T'Pol has gotten onto more voyages than i've expected, and takes down Phloxes (Phloxi?) in gauntlet like crazy
SCI: Seeking Spock and Ilia because who else is going to say those two?
