Combat Medic Paris - Highest 4* MED there is and he is a lifesaver in some voyages as well.
Robin Hood Picard - 900s in SEC for a 4* is amazing, plus this variant of Picard dare I say looks kinda sexy.
First Goran'Agar - I like Jem'Hadar, I find them interesting, and his character in show was very riveting. Plus he has great COM.
Princess Jadzia - Much like everyone else on this thread has said, her SCI is top-notch! With starbases she peaks over 900.
Subcommander T'Rul - I like Romulans and she is one of the few Romulans in-game, plus her ENG is really nice.
North Star Archer - While his looks have been duplicated onto COP Archer, I like North Star Archer, he's gruff, sexy, and has strong SEC, plus I have a thing for cowboys
Lt. Ash Tyler - Good SEC and he's cute!
Ardra - Her SEC is good, but I really like her because her character in the show allured me so much. She is the epitome of the term "vixen".
Sybok - ST: V was not a good movie, but his character was interesting for sure. Also, that DIP is very nice, and with starbases he gets really nice SCI too.
RAF Julian Bashir - As I've mentioned numerous times on these forums, Julian is my in-game husband, I have every version of him, a fact I'm proud of, because I love his character. He's also devilishly handsome. But RAF Julian was my highest MED crew for the looooooooongest time, he just has a piece of my in-game heart

Ambassador Spock - Still not a fan of his weird bowlegged stance, but "Unification" is one of my favorite Spock stories. Sometimes he gets that 45% Gauntlet, too, which is nice.
Dr. Tolian Soran - The first Super Rare I ever earned from an event all on my own (i.e., without a community reward). Even more special because it was from an Expedition when I was still strictly F2P/VIP 0.
Gorn Captain - Just cool as a cucumber. Also has a 45% Gauntlet from time to time.
Lieutenant Arex Na Eth - I lobbied often on the old forum for TAS to be introduced into Timelines, because I dig it and I do regard it as being what it was intended--a direct extension of TOS. I will also admit to taking some admittedly petty pleasure at Arex, knowing somewhere out there some rigid guy felt betrayed by the universe when he was added to the game.
Lieutenant Valeris - As I've said often, Star Trek VI is my jam, and Valeris is an important part of that. I was so into her I even went all out in a Galaxy event for her! She was a default part of my Gauntlet teams in the beginning. I still break her out on occasion.
Niners Rom - As I said in another recent thread about favorite crew members, I love DS9 and baseball. I love that Rom is bunting in the artwork. I love that he has the Hero trait. And like Arex, I take a bit of petty pleasure about this one.
Reinforcements Stamets - Really digging this character on the show, and his stats are strong.
Vic Fontaine - Love that cat.
Waitress Ezri - My favorite crew member in the entire game. I just adore her! It's a fun episode. I like seeing how far Ezri had come by then from the uncollected mess we first met at the beginning of that season. Also, with her stats and traits, she was a key part of my crew in all aspects for quite awhile.
