The elusive MED/SCI/ENG skill set

Bringing back this post from the old forum. What characters which haven't been made, do you think could fit the elusive MED/SCI/ENG skill set? Of course, the skills can be in any order. Please list the character with what you think the order of those skills would be as well as their traits.
I'll name some I think fit the bill.

Admiral of the Haus of GaghGagh, Starbase level 94, we are not accepting members at this time.
Captain of the voyage vessels: Queen of Bashir, Landsknecht, and Sunspear, the first luxury starship cruiseliners.
Amenities include wifi, fully-functioning holodecks, a full-service bar, 3 party decks, a Trill spa, and a business centre.
Fun fact: The ships are propelled by bouncy castle technology.

I'd also love to see DaVinci someday, but I always thought of him as ENG/SCI/DIP. But MED does fit as he was one of the first to study anatomy.
Also nominate EMH Diagnostic Program
-Lord Wizzlestix I
'Fascinated McCoy' - MED/ENG
Doctor, Starfleet, Federation, Borg, Human, Civilian, Undercover Operative, Romantic, Crafty, and Musician at the very least.
So on board with this. Also keeping in mind how many "few seconds "sensations" we got by now this is a must addition really
Tardigrade Stamets
SCI/ENG/MED
Human, Tardigrade, Augment, Innovator, Exomycologist, Quantum Mechanics, Geneticist
After all, he engages in gene engineering (on himself). That must count for some MED expertiese.
It seems like a bit of a stretch really.
While I've seen all the TOS movies, I can't pinpoint this scene. Which film is it?
Also, this thread is looking for people with all 3 skills MED/ENG/SCI. I think McCoy could have the SCI too. Besides, we need a McCoy in that uniform already.

Not too unlike Laborer Spock really. Sometimes, some characters have a tonne of traits. If I recall correctly LS has 12 traits.
Human, Vulcan, Starfleet, Federation, Exobiology, Resourceful, Jury Rigger, Astrophysicist, Telepath, Communicator, Thief, Musician

The scene is from Undiscovered Country, where McCoy and Spock modify (engineer) a torpedo to detect the gases emitted from the cloaked Bird of Prey. It's a stretch no doubt but DB has taken many liberties in the past with characters and we need some ENG/SCI/MED crew.

THIS!
My comment about "Being a stretch" was directed at Astro's idea that Tardigrade Stamets would have MED. McCoy, on the other hand, fits. If he can properly re-engineer a torpedo, which he does, then he is showing ENG prowess. We've seen McCoy being able to do ENG tasks before as well.
On the flipside, being subject to gene engineering, which Culber is probably the one who actually did all the work for the gene part, isn't quite Stamets showing MED prowess.

Perfect. I don't think it's a stretch. He should have Starfleet and Federation traits too.
I'd also like a legendary tardigrade-tardigrade. Would be more like ENG/SEC/SCI though.
We need Dr Culber. He can be MED/SCI/DIP.
The 4* Chapel we already have should have another couple skills added: SCI & DIP.
A merged EMH/7of9 would be awesome.

I'm all for Merged Seven, Da Vinci and Dr Zimmerman
We saw Stamets, Tilly and Burnham working on it, while Culber was taking care of the Tardigrade. Also an episode clearly states that Culber is not informed of the full extent of the genetic manipulation (that "if he knew he'd have to report me" speech), which suggests Culber is being partially kept in the dark by his partner.
The only thing we know for sure Culber did was the cybernetic ports on the arm, funnily enough qualifying Culber for some engineering.
By the way, it's a fun remark coming from someone who argues that a computer scientist has knowledge of medicine because they put a medical archive inside one of their programs
All of the characters I offered can be arguable for sure.
But I definitely think a computer scientist, who has done countless interviews of doctors about what medical procedures and techniques they know so he can integrate their knowledge into a holographic template/database, would definitely have some MED skill by doing so. Plus there's the thought of "well where did this idea of his come from in the first place to create an EMH?" Inventing medical technology or programs definitely indicates some skill in medicine.
Stamets is still a stretch to me because I can only think he just hyposprayed himself with tardigrade DNA for the most part, but he isn't entirely incapable of any MED skill at all.

Thanks, it has been a long-known glaring omission in our crews that no crew has these 3 skills together. So I have given it lots of thought.

The fact that da Vinci is well-known for his studies of anatomy is why I feel he deserves MED as a skill.

Also, his partner is Med. Don't tell me he knows very little about it. It would be the third trait, albeit lesser but mycology has a strong background involved in medicinal properties of fungi too.
Dr. Elias Giger
SCI/ENG/MED
Human, Innovator, Civilian, Geneticist, Maverick, Desperate
"He's harmless, he's just working on a way to become immortal."
Well I have the last two so that's very good to know! On my priority last after leveling for the coming event. Sigh. So much work to do to get a decent crew!
Giger or Jetrel seem like the best qualified characters for all 3 traits

I guess he could easily have MED/SCI/ENG with ENG being the weakest Attribute.
Talking of which:
Harvester-O´Brien (same Episode) could have ENG and MED
Our cells are getting bored, we just have to entertain them.
This guy would have all three for sure.
Will we ever get Decker though? After the actor playing him is reported to have molested children... I doubt it.
