Is there are version of Bashir that someone could think of that would use all 3?
Honestly, I would like more Med/Eng crew, mainly for voyages. We have 3 crew with this skill combo: Changeling Bashir, Doctor La Forge, and Delta Flyer Paris. Bashir and La Forge are 4*s that have Med as primary, Sec as secondary, and Eng as tertiary (though Changeling Bashirs Sec voyage score is higher than his Med one). Delta Flyer Paris has Com as primary, Eng as secondary, and Med as tertiary. Each of these three, when considering a Med/Eng voyage, has a decent stat for one skill and a poor stat for the other. I just had such a voyage, and it is really frustrating when I could possibly only use 3 crew that have both skills (compare to a Com/Dip or Sci/Eng voyage), 2 of which I actually have: 1/5 Paris and 2/4 La Forge.
These are all great ideas - but nobody wants to see a 3* or 4* Decker with CMD/SCI/ENG that can merge with an Ilia to produce...this?
Except this thread is about MED/SCI/ENG combos. Much as I love Ilia and Decker, what you put out doesn't have that skill combo.

Try to cure the Ketrecel White Bashir? (Though OBrien prob did the eng on that one)
Maybe try to cure the genetic plague one?
Are there any other elusive combinations like MED/ENG/SCI?
Not that I know of, to my knowledge only MED/SCI/ENG is not in the game. Some are rare for sure, but that's the only one I think is actually absent. For example MED/ENG is only held by 4 people - Rianna Mayweather, Doctor La Forge, Changeling Bashir, and Delta Flyer Paris. SCI/SEC is a bit less common as well, but not as seldom as only 4 crew.

Actually you made me think of a Bashir which would work for this...
Hippocratic Bashir from the episode where he tried to cure Ketracel White dependency, would likely be MED/SCI/DIP.
Frontier Medicine Bashir from the episode where he tried to cure the plague/Quickening the Dominion cast upon that one planet would also likely have DIP in his skill set.
But...
Nanobiologist Bashir from the episode "Armageddon Game" where he and O'Brien work together to neutralize a nanobiological virus would have ENG. Even though O'Brien would be the main ENG skilled person assisting in this endeavour, Bashir would still have some ENG skill to deal with the nanotechnology in the first place and also from O'Brien's assistance, Bashir would be learning some ENG skills.
So I will edit the list.

The thing I wonder about is whether it should count as engineering skill when he's just using medical tech the way it's meant to be used - 24th Century medical technology is so advanced that being a doctor just naturally entails a degree of engineering skill, so it could be argued that the Med skill basically covers those cases already.
Here's an idea out of left field though:
'Birthright', where he's fiddling around with an alien scanner - that's plain engineering, no medical loophole really evident (natural enough since it was supposed to be Jadzia in the episode, but they had a scheduling conflict or something). Of course there are issues with that one I'll admit - it's early Bashir who we've already got, so outside of maybe having him holding the scanner device in the art there wouldn't be anything much really visually distinct about him, it's a minor part in somebody else's episode so it'd be really weird if he was a 5* (especially since the existing 1* Bashir is basically the same period of time for him), and I don't know that one could say he's really displaying engineering prowess since his 'scanner' accidentally shoots Data. I think I just argued myself out of my own idea...
How about "Jayden" Data? He developped a cure for the radioactivity disease. To me that's pure SCI-MED and he's ENG by nature, so ... there we go, huh?

Forget about the elusive med-sci-eng set - there aren't even a dozen ENG-MED crew in the game as it is. I would take more of them at the very least....

Elias Giger must come with voice lines. He simply must.
Another good candidate would be "Armageddon Game" Bashir.
That was when he was stranded on that war-torn planet with O'Brien and had to fix some communication device while O'Brien was unable to do so. It was also the start of the Bashir/O'Brien bromance, and possibly the first mention of Bashir's "extension classes"?
Either way, it's Bashir doing engineering things. And we need more Bashirs.

'Fascinated McCoy' - MED/ENG
While I've seen all the TOS movies, I can't pinpoint this scene. Which film is it?
Also, this thread is looking for people with all 3 skills MED/ENG/SCI. I think McCoy could have the SCI too. Besides, we need a McCoy in that uniform already.
that McCoy is from ST 6 when Chang is popping torps left and right at the Ent A
I think what I really like about this choice is she has the 3 skills, plus she's fun and kinda meme-y, so it's a two-for-one special. Three-for-one and four-for-one when you also consider it's Seven! And the Doctor! Two of Star Trek's most awesome characters.

I love this. Too bad there isn't a 3* Seven and a 3* Doc to merge like Tuvix and The Duras Sisters.
I actually already sent a proposal to make a new 2 star EMH to fuse with seven in blue to make...that lol. No word from anybody at db so im considering the idea mitip (missing in the idea pipeline)
What about Dr Kadan (VOY: "Workforce", "Workforce, Part II")? He was Neuropsychiatrist at the Central Hospital (MED) wiht enough Scientific Knowledge to use Technology to erase or alter people memories

Concerning Nanobiologist Bashir, isn’t that also the episode where he tells O’Brien he took an engineering extension course in the academy? I know he mentions this in an episode somewhere but I can’t quite recall which one it is, but I could swear it’s this one.
Weirdly enough, I’m also Vulcan Housewife. Also, RNGesus hates me, like really, REALLY hates me.
Had another thought, not as much fun as Giger, but still - Dekon Elig:
From 'Babel' (posthumously) - designed the aphasia virus (Sci-Med) and built it into a sabotage device tied to the replicator system (Eng). Plus he's 'played' by Dan Curry.
Ok, I finally thought of one. How about Data from the episode “Genesis”, which for those of you wondering is the protomorphosis episode. Primary science, secondary engineering, and tertiary medicine. After all, he solves the problem of the protomorphosis mostly all on his own with some hints from Picard which would mostly be science. He fixes the ship when some part of Engineering goes wrong, and he uses at least some medical knowledge to help cook up the cure and take pheromones from Deanna. Traits I’m not sure about entirely. Android, Federation, Starfleet, Cyberneticist at least. Maybe Resourceful. As for a picture I thought one of him holding Spot would be good. I’ve got a good example I’ll try and post here but I couldn’t find one where Spot was still the lizard. Could work either way.

The original silver suit - I always thought that was her best look.
(Not that I begrudge the poor woman ditching it for something less likely to make her pass out between takes, but nobody has to try to breathe through in-game art, so it's all good.)

Drone Seven and Holonovel Doctor could combine if you wanted it that way. Though I like the idea of a blue Seven and Doctor instead.
