    Simultaneous! That way you really have to pick out your bonus/event crew and what they do.

    Hehe, might cause bugs and glitches.
    Let’s fly!
  • Don't forget patience and the nearest low hanging beam to hit your head on.
  • Yes, and we should earn chrons from the Factions for the next stage!

    Generally I'm right with you in that thought..
    But if it was a .. week long Juggernaut triple hybrid.. Galaxy Monday & Tuesday Shuttles Wed, Thursday & Friday. Expedition Saturday - Monday Noon. That, I would participate in.

    An overall week long ranking and each phase would have it's own independent Threshold Table, running the table gets you a prize, part, perk that helps in the next phase.

    Galaxy - Top threshold, Assembled Character 4*. And an all new type of Supply kit that that speeds up shuttles by x %

    (You get the character no matter what, but your progress in the Galaxy phase will actually build the character from 1* level 1 to Immortalized vis threshold rewards of components and stars)

    Faction phase - Top threshold 2 crew slots (with 3 single crew slot prizes mixed into the table at lower levels along with various random)

    Expedition phase Top threshold 1x Legendary Citation (a super rare citation at about 65% of table) with honor quantities and various random prizes through out)

    #1 Overall Ranking top prize 1/4 super rare character unreleased until next week's event

    + The usual sort of 5*s, 4*s
    Span the net wider top 55 get 5 of 5 and make it incrementally decrease at a more giving scale down to say.. 2 of 5 at 900 and top 1500 get 1 of 5, then the super rare table, rare, ect.

    That, is a mega event. Lol

    I really don't understand the hatred for Galaxy Events. I can bank up Chronitons and finish the 4* Crew Member most times. Ask me how many Faction Shuttle Missions have already FAILED just yesterday afternoon and today......

    More than should have.....

    There is no failing in faction events. You get a bunch of faction items and spend chronitons on your crew members. If you do well enough, you get some new crew.

    That would be awesome, a week long mega event. I particularly like the idea of in the galaxy portion you are actually building the character towards immortalization. That’s s great idea. I would be all on board with a week long mega event.

    Or how bout all three simoultaneously AND Voyages as well where their completions give VP as well. Now THAT would take a deep crew to win and actually use nearly all the active crew you have.

    Seriously? You just told me something I SAW WITH MY OWN EYES did not happen? I had TWO Shuttle Missions FAIL Thursday. {Like, within the start hours of the Event.}

    I watched it happen. Don't tell me it didn't happen.

    Right now, I am getting AT BEST a 66% chance of success WITH ALL BONUS CREW.

    Meanwhile, I often Fully Fuse the 4* Solo Reward Crewmember in a Galaxy Event. I think I have the total right to like best whichever Event type I like best. And don't really need the disrespect of someone telling me {who was not sitting next to me} that something I witnessed happening more than once, did not happen.....

    Have a nice day.

    He didn’t mean the missions themselves don’t fail. He meant you can’t lose cuz you get items and rewards simply by participating.

    However, I WAS specifically saying that the Shuttle Missions DO "FAIL". {The game's word, not mine.}

    I stand by my favorite Event being Galaxy. I get that a lot of other people disagree. I might not get WHY they hate Galaxy, but I get that they do......

    So that you can attempt to gain an understanding of the opposing viewpoint, I will try to summarize.
    =====
    Let me put it simply. To compete, you have to use chrons in the Galaxy. To level Characters you have to use chrons to get components. If you have more than minimal amounts of parts to acquire for leveling you have to decide if you want to stunt your characters progression or not complete to your best level.

    To further elaborate, this weekend if I keep things up I will have finished off 4-5 characters. I can't do that on a galaxy weekend and still compete.

    Also, some folks decided to prep for galaxies by simply not playing the game except voyages and cadet battles for a week or more to stack chrons. That's essentially sacrificing leveling for those periods to stack chrons so high to compete.

    When you have limited slots and don't want to just keep tossing character after character out the window for no reason other than crew space, a galaxy is a detriment to many players gameplay.

    Thanx. That all makes perfect sense. {I usually find at the end of a Galaxy Event I have 20-50 Crew who have things that can be Equipped after all the Crafting.} But, it makes sense that people dislike the Galaxy Events for cramping the Leveling style.

  • If all three event types are ever rolled into one event it should be done over long holiday weeks like this next event. Since it will already be 5 days long we could do 1 day of Galaxy, 2 Faction, and 2 Expedition. This would limit them to only 6-7 times a year.
  • Banjo1012Banjo1012 ✭✭✭✭✭
    For me it’s also the grind. If I’m gonna go for my best rank I have to attack the event all weekend long versus sending out shuttles. I only went full bore on a galaxy once because I wanted Lorca and I had 16000 chrons. But those only lasted me the first day out of two days. After that I felt like a drug addict trying to score chrons anywhere I could.

    I always say to myself I am going to do the Away Mission or Space Battle ONE AT A TIME, but so often the thing you need for a Crafting is like One Dot out of Five Dots, so I go 'WARP TEN, MISTER MOUSE!!!!!"

    I always do the warp ten too because the recipes are repetitive and I know I will need more of that item down the line anyway
