Is the 3rd star for me, which is nice, but I would love to have the choice of something else, and take care of Data Q in the future with honor, pulls, voyage drops, etc.

I think it was intentionally done, so people wouldn't complain if they got, say, 2⭐ Sato, and others got a great Legendary.....

Fair enough. Though saying something is unskippable and successfully implementing the unskippability are certainly different. Thanks for the link.
