Regarding theDaily Retrieve Issue Follow Up. I never expected a mea culpa from TP/WRG and as such I never asked for one. I acknowledge and applaud it, though, as well as the acknowledgement of their absolute failure to respond in a manner befitting a business to its customers. Trust has been damaged severely and in many cases permanently. This "Follow Up" needs "Follow Through" if TP/WRG wants to earn it back where that's still possible.
My plan remains the same. I will not be spending a nickel through the end of May if not longer.
