I'm a little surprised prisoner McCoy is not in the collection. Nor prisoner Michael Burnham. They were both convicts.
Fleet Admiral - Dazed & Confused 🤸🤸🙃 We are still waiting for Enterprise B, the Delta Flyer, and a Runabout! We should also have a TNG season 1 red shirt LT JG Worf, and a "Far Beyond The Stars" DS9 episode crew collection!
Ar the time I cited them, the Bashirs were very helpful to me. I haven't used them in a long time, but that does not mean they are bad.
For me, I suppose I ought to cite Kirk.
Everyone complained when the Bashirs were in a Campaign. Then they popped up as the most useful non-Event Crew in an Event right after the Campaign was over or something. And they had their moment in the sun.
"The truth is like a lion; you don't have to defend it. Let it loose; it will defend itself."
I still use them a couple times a week. They will probably find their way into the freezer by next summer, but they have served me long and well. Plus, I had this collection maxed when it premiered, I first for me!

And the Duras Sisters, Galen, Vash, Mudd, Rura Penthe McCoy, Morn, Prisoner Burnham, Eddington and some of the Mirror DS9 gang, if I recall correctly. I'm bound to have missed a few.

This collection is cool but it does raise some interesting questions about qualifications, in many different ways. What constitutes a "criminal"?
Rura Penthe Reed for example is in this collection and was technically inside Rura Penthe, but he was there to break Captain Archer out based on an agreement (bribe) arranged by T'Pol. Reed himself was never accused or convicted of a crime so IMO he really does not belong in the collection.
Sticking with the same episode of Enterprise however, Advocate Kolos who defended Captain Archer was sentenced to one year inside Rura Penthe essentially for contempt of court. That is a crime by Klingon standards so he should be in this collection.
And then you get characters like the Duras Sisters, who while definitely shady, who were not convicted of any crimes (at least as far as I know, I'm not really good on knowledge from the films). They definitely committed acts against the Federation that the Federation would consider illegal, but not having been tried/convicted it makes sense to me that they are currently excluded and yet an equally compelling argument could be made for their inclusion in the collection.
And further still are characters like Morn who absolutely committed a crime, but he could not be prosecuted due to the statute of limitations expiring.

Noted inaugural 12 hour voyage crew The Bashirs!

He’s great for unlocking some rewards!

Heist Bashir is in 5. How many have 5 and do any of them have six or more? I'm now curious as to how many collections power crew we have.
