Getting the last of anything always feels good. It makes me feel less bad for tossing a copy of Boomer Mayweather from my last Voyage.
Getting your Cadet Missions finished and freezing the low level crew is a big step. It clears out your quarters and helps focus your play both.

I'm sitting at 679/1175 right now.
My pace slowed as I am running out of purples, but I have fully equipped a lot of golds that will immortalize this coming month or next. I'm still gaining and that's all I care about.
January- 5* x8 & 4* x11 for 651/1147 (56.76%)
February- 5* x7 & 4* x9 for 667/1158 (57.6%)
March- 5* x6, 4* x5, & 2* x1 for 679/1175 (57.79%)
Ten crew for each skill over 1400 base.
Dip and Com are already 1500+ here. I hit a 4* on my FF Sinister Picard, who jumped back into my top ten and sent Sec over 1400 at 10th. That's half now. Eng and Sci are both around 1350 and Med is just under 1300. I'm working on Wyatt Miller, who should help me out here.
Have an immortal gold of each series regular.
I got my mains, now I want to round out the main cast. In some cases it's a short list, like Reed for Enterprise. For Picard and Disco, it would be easier to list who I have done. I'm down to just a FF Georgiou that I could finish. Campaign crew, Megas, good luck in packs, and strategic Retrieval are my best bets

Playing for a little less than a year now, and came across these forums.
Always nice to set goals, wich i hopefullt can achieve end of this year
1: Get reguraly 10h voyages (best is 9:30 now)
Got a few 10 hour voyages, but that is still only 1 a week/ 2 weeks
2: Immortalize 400 unique crew (179 right now) i am on 214 at this moment, so in 2 months i did 35 crew immortalize
3: immortalize all 1* (need 1) and 2* (need 3) and 3* (need 39) All 1* and all 2* (including the new ) are done. still have around 20 3* to do, but good underway
I started a resolution partway through last year of not purchasing the campaign premium track until and unless I hit tier 100, and I'm continuing that practice. Otherwise, the only thing I actively want to do this year is complete the three DS9-specific collections ("Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang", "Our Man Bashir", and "Play Ball!"). I presently have everyone (save Scapegoat O'Brien) in those collections and just need to finish fusing them.

I'm sitting on two 4* citations that could go to Logician Solok, but since those wouldn't be enough to finish him, I'm giving it some more time to see if he drops in a voyage or a pack.
If there is an Event where he has a bonus trait, keep a Voyage out. I have long had the suspicion that the drops of "random" crew are weighted towards the current event's bonus pool. It can be useful if you are hunting lower level crew. The Voyage I have out now will bring back a Colony Tilly with "Displaced". Tossed a 2* Kira and Grandma Kes yesterday from the Voyage. It doesn't happen every time, but I have had decent luck with it. I'm hoping to get my last copy of AC Tilly this month from it!

So it's not just me with that impression, then! Mine that just returned included Irumodic Syndrome Picard. I send out voyages as soon as I complete the last one. It might take me three days to complete a 10-hour voyage because of how little attention I'm paying the game these days, but the voyage is out during those three days! Unfortunately, Logician Solok's traits are unlikely to be event-relevant anytime soon: Vulcan, Starfleet, Athlete, Costumed, Federation, Telepath.
Nope, not you! Before the Hub, I could often guess a bonus trait or crew before it was announced, based on patterns in Voyages and Portals. A Fleetmate called it my "Spideysense". LOL.

I equipped my 4/5* Alternate Future Jadzia who just pushed into the top ten at tenth with 1403. If I use my next Retrieval to finish her, Science with get a little bit more boost and I will be able to cross Jadzia off my list.
With seven months left, I think I'll try for 1500.

2022 Goals
1. Hit 11hr voyages with all 30 skill combos. Have already done 17 combos (wow!) but undoubtedly ENG/MED will prove difficult again.
Completed on May 17. Woo!
2. Hit a 12hr voyage with each primary skill. Sounds ambitious at first, but considering the rate at which I'm collecting 11hr voyages now, this seems achievable. My current longest voyage is 11hrs 33min.
None yet. Current longest is 11:50 (March), but haven't cleared 11:40 since then. Confidence level is still high - I've recently FF'd several elite voyage cards that I hope will make a difference.
3. FF all TOS main cast 5* cards. This is more aspirational than achievable - I currently need 53 stars to complete all the existing cards - but it gives me something to focus on.
Kirk - 50 stars, need 4
Spock - 70 stars, need 9 (sorry, avatar-of-Ishmael)
McCoy - 25 stars, need 5
Scotty - 20 stars, need 4 (all for Captain Scott)
Uhura - 30 stars, need 7

I completed the first one early on and just got my second 12-hour voyage today.
I reached lv 99 a few weeks ago, sooner than expected because I've been burning a lot of my chrons stash to turn them into credits.
And finally, the Voyager Voyage on an ENG/SEC combination, which was once my weakest skill combination.
I have added having at least one immortal copy of each Voyager main cast crew to my list and will focus on that now. The only missing one is Tuvok, so it should be done fairly soon.
Then I can start to really coast along, I guess

Finishing Caldos IV Crusher through Retrieval, getting two of M'Benga as rewards plus two from pack with one citation, and the two gold Janeways were enough to push Med over 1600 and Sci over 1550. A couple new buffs also helped. Stretch goal- 1600
Dip, Com, Med, and Sec are already 1600+ here. Engineering is 1572 and Science is 1558. Those two are my current projects. My next Retrieval will finish Riker Odan and leave only one of my top ten Sci base crew under 1600. Stars for my fully equipped Ancient Humanoid will fix that. Similarly, Engineering has two under 1600 in my top ten. A couple pulls for Ru'afo and Tribble Scotty will fix that. Campaign or Mega crew would speed things up.

I started a resolution partway through last year of not purchasing the campaign premium track until and unless I hit tier 100, and I'm continuing that practice. Otherwise, the only thing I actively want to do this year is complete the three DS9-specific collections ("Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang", "Our Man Bashir", and "Play Ball!"). I presently have everyone (save Scapegoat O'Brien) in those collections and just need to finish fusing them.

I'm sitting on two 4* citations that could go to Logician Solok, but since those wouldn't be enough to finish him, I'm giving it some more time to see if he drops in a voyage or a pack.
I still need those remaining three stars for Logician Solok. It seems likely collections based on "Far Beyond the Stars" and/or "The Visitor" might be added later, but since they don't presently exist, I expanded my goals to include immortalizing all Jadzias and Kiras. I finished the last Jadzia (Klingon Bride) on the 3rd. I'm down to six Kiras: Queen Guinevere (needs 1 star); Mirror Intendant and Prophet (each needs 2); Breen Disguise and Disguised (each need 4); and Kay Eaton (don't yet have at all).
Sometimes, I wonder if they might consider a single collection with all the crew from alternative timelines. It could be fun. I enjoy the vanity collections, it's a shame I can't think of a good one for Enterprise.
Even SNW will likely have a medieval one.

I have no more FF crew waiting to be finished. It's all Event crew, Campaign crew, and luck from the Portal or Retrieval now. I can work with that. I managed four already in September.

Finishing Caldos IV Crusher through Retrieval, getting two of M'Benga as rewards plus two from pack with one citation, and the two gold Janeways were enough to push Med over 1600 and Sci over 1550. A couple new buffs also helped. Stretch goal- 1600
Dip, Com, Med, Sec, and Sci are already 1600+ here. Tendi and The Dog put me over last month. Unexpected, but certainly welcome. Engineering is 1579 and will pass 1600 with my next Engineering project. My next Retrieval will either Loken or Tribble Herder Scotty. I had been leaning towards Loken, who just needed two stars, over Tribble Scotty, who needed three. I hit double begolds in 10x premium yesterday and added a star to Scotty to even things up. Campaign or Mega crew would speed things up.
Have an immortal gold of each series regular.
I got my mains, now I want to round out the main cast. In some cases it's a short list, like Reed for Enterprise. For most newer series, it would be easier to list who I have done. Tribble Scotty will be finished via Retrieval in September.
January- Added a Reno and a Pulaski (Plus variants of Spock, Saru, Uhura, Picard, Archer, and Burnham)
February- I finished a Dahj, Paris, and Owo, plus another Archer and Seven.
March- Captain Killy and Party Tilly gives me Tilly. Warship EMA gives me Doc. Added another Paris and Q.
April- Second Chance Laris and Facer Rios crosses those two off the list for me. Added another Kira, Archer, Data, Quark, and two Picard too. I only have Georgiou that I can work on.
May- Age of Sail Worf crossed him off my list and I finished an Uhura, a Picard, and two Janeways to add variants of them.
June- Assimilated La Forge and Desert Georgiou crossed those off the list, plus I added another Picard and Pike.
July- A pretty good month here. I finished TWO gold Jadzias to give me her. Qalankhkai Elnor crossed him off the list, as well as EDF Adira and Doctor M'Benga. I also finished another Reno and two more Janeways.
August- Retrieval finished Riker Odan, leaving me with just Yar and Wesley for TNG. The Mega gave me Tendi and Mariner for LD and the Campaign gave me a second Mariner. I also added another T'Pol. Pretty good there.
September- Hit my last star on War Correspondent Jake Sisko out of a pack on the first for a great start.
Get another crew from Gauntlet. January 14, 2022- LOL! I said I was due. Look what dropped from my reward boxes when it ended. I wonder if I'll get lucky again this year. YES! Sheer dumb luck gave me The Red Angel on a six streak while I was waiting for Mom at the grocery. I'm 4/7 on Gauntlet crew now. Question is will I get lucky in January or do I need to wait until August now?
Regularly place in the Top 1500 and get my Top 250 achievement.

July- 2 for 4 with a close one. Better month.
August- One for four, I'll work on it.

I even scored a top 10 event rank in September, chasing Chancellor Azetbur. If I could get a few of our fleet's older players to return to the game, we'd be in business with upper difficulty FBB's. Shan started a thread recently about developing a new Jadzia Dax variant, so I'll sit on four citations for her. Don't think I'll set any further 2022 objectives given how little time there is, but I won't be mad if my fleet manages to rebuild enough to defeat Nightmare mode FBBs.
[*] Have 12 hour voyage in at least 5 skill combos -> checked... stop tracking after few in the beggining, but it is not so rare.
[*] Get Red Angel and any other gauntlet creww that will be added during 2022 -> yeah, didn't happen. Gauntlet just doesn't like me
[*] Concentrate on improving MED/SCI voyage characters - somehow those are my weakest voyages, barely 11h -> improved a lot, up to 11:54, but still the weakest combo...
2022 goal review
-Complete 11hr voyages in all 30 skill combos. Done in May 2022.
-Complete a 12hr voyage. Done in June 2022.

-Immortalize all 5* TOS main cast cards (which I defined as Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scotty, Uhura, Sulu, and Chekov).
There were 47 in-portal 5* cards in Jan 2022. I needed 53 stars to FF 21 cards.
I was able to add 31 stars to 18 cards and FF'd 13 of them.
Although I never really expected to complete this goal, I'm very happy with the progress I made on it.
For each of the 15 skill pairs, I want four FF legendaries with some variety in tertiary skills. I've achieved this for 4 pairings, and I think I can manage another 4 this year!
ENG/SEC Full Suite
Five more citations, and I'll have a FF Legendary for every ENG/SEC/X and SEC/ENG/X trio.
I'd love to accomplish the same for MED/SCI this year, but there is no SCI/MED/SEC legendary. Maybe next year!
My citation priority shifted from skill pairs to main cast. For 12 of the pairs I do have at least four FF legendaries, although not always with much variety. (Exceptions are CMD/ENG, MED/ENG, and SCI/SEC.)
I did accomplish my ENG/SEC goal:

1. Acquire and FF both Indulgent Seven and Reunion Kirk and Spock, which were both achieved at the last honor sale.
2. A natural 12 hour voyage. I didn't push this one hard, but with 1200 antimatter in the tank at 10 hours when I checked last night, I was quite happy to wake up to success this morning:
Six degrees in Inter-species Veterinary Medicine. Treating all manner of critters, from Tribbles to Humans.

Getting the last of anything always feels good. It makes me feel less bad for tossing a copy of Boomer Mayweather from my last Voyage.
Getting your Cadet Missions finished and freezing the low level crew is a big step. It clears out your quarters and helps focus your play both.

So it's not just me with that impression, then! Mine that just returned included Irumodic Syndrome Picard. I send out voyages as soon as I complete the last one. It might take me three days to complete a 10-hour voyage because of how little attention I'm paying the game these days, but the voyage is out during those three days! Unfortunately, Logician Solok's traits are unlikely to be event-relevant anytime soon: Vulcan, Starfleet, Athlete, Costumed, Federation, Telepath.

2022 Goals
1. Hit 11hr voyages with all 30 skill combos. Have already done 17 combos (wow!) but undoubtedly ENG/MED will prove difficult again.

2. Hit a 12hr voyage with each primary skill. Sounds ambitious at first, but considering the rate at which I'm collecting 11hr voyages now, this seems achievable. My current longest voyage is 11hrs 33min.
None yet. Current longest is 11:50 (March), but haven't cleared 11:40 since then. Confidence level is still high - I've recently FF'd several elite voyage cards that I hope will make a difference.
3. FF all TOS main cast 5* cards. This is more aspirational than achievable - I currently need 53 stars to complete all the existing cards - but it gives me something to focus on.
Kirk - 50 stars, need 4
Spock - 70 stars, need 9 (sorry, avatar-of-Ishmael)
McCoy - 25 stars, need 5
Scotty - 20 stars, need 4 (all for Captain Scott)

I completed the first one early on and just got my second 12-hour voyage today.
I reached lv 99 a few weeks ago, sooner than expected because I've been burning a lot of my chrons stash to turn them into credits.
And finally, the Voyager Voyage on an ENG/SEC combination, which was once my weakest skill combination.
I have added having at least one immortal copy of each Voyager main cast crew to my list and will focus on that now. The only missing one is Tuvok, so it should be done fairly soon.
Then I can start to really coast along, I guess
