I lost an immortalized legendary crew. Nope just glitch.

Just be aware , that you need to keep track of your crew. Just because they are immortalized does not mean they cannot disappear.

I lost my immortalized Commander Troi. I had her 4F , I had bought the premium track of the campaign that had her in it. I completed that campaign. And had immortalized her. I had a second copy of her 3F.

Now, I was going to delete the second copy of her, I looked and to see if I had cryoed her immortalized copy, and all it showed was I had her 3F.

Looking at your account I see both of them, both in your active roster.
Commander Troi FF level 100
and Commander Troi 3/5 level 2.

Please restart and look again

Check your crew sheet from a datacore export. The vault has a terrible UI for showing dupe crew. She may be there and the vault just isn't showing it right.

Thats a known glitch…sometimes the vault only shows the dupe not immortalized crew. I have the same issue with my 5/5 Bones McCoy. Vault only shows my 1/5 dupe.

Sadly my thread in Engineering had no reply.

You all are right. She is in my active crew and the cryo is showing my duplicate and not the immortalized one.
