Huge missed opportunity. IMHO the Legendary Doopler should have only been obtainable by fusing 4/4 Doopler with 1/4 Doopler to get a 1/5 Doopler. Then they should have tweaked rewards to hand out enough 1/4 Dooplers to eventually get a 4/5 Doopler during the 4th week event (like you'd end up with for any other mega).
