Two accounts I have one copy. My main has not got him yet.
But I too, do not chase him ( a lot has to do with the voyage bug) .
I just keep sending my voyage out , when I reach a dilemma where I do not think I will reach the next dilemma, I just return it.

Same, 12 hr voyages everyday, notta. Oh well..........
I also do 12 hr voyages everyday, but with better luck….two drops so far.
