Speckles the Destroyer of Worlds

About 10 pulls so far, the vast majorly have been 3*. I’m going to bet the 5 stars have around a 1% drop rate like premium portals, so i agree it is just a way to convert 700 merits into about 300 honor.

Ok when I’m overflowing with merits, but far from being a real game-changer since exchanging 300 honor for citations is barely a drop in the bucket. But it’s something new that doesn’t cost us any real money, so I won’t complain.

i did 37 pulls, 1 legendary (assimilated torres) 2 super rare, rest 38 3* and a mix of 2* and 1* which i dont recall!

I did a few of these. Mostly nothing to write home about. I did get a 4* Seska (who is already frozen) and a 4* Cyrus Redblock who I am still deciding on whether or not to keep.

I didn't keep precise numbers (sorry) but once I saw that 5* crew were obtainable, and since I had a crapton of merits, I decided to give it a whirl. I spend probably 15-20k merits (I have plenty left) and I ended up with a Temporal Agent Seven, a Disguised Tuvok, a new Ushaan Archer, and a 4th star for my Arachnia. As Arachnia was my first ever 5*, pulled from my first ever event pull, I was very happy with my results. And the honor I ended up with might just push me to put a 5th star on her yet tonight.

The odds of pulling a 3* in any given pull with the stats given here would be 65.7% (1-0.7^3).

Sorry, expected value. The expected value would be more than one 2*. Over a large number of pulls you can expect 1.2 2* in each pack.

4* 5.13%
5* 2.93%

If we just ignore the pulls, and assume honor only, each 725 merits spent, typically results in about 260 honor (about 1/3 ratio ... )
