Several members on our fleet see as if they were not on a fleet

It has already happened to 3 players, the fleet is Argentina Unida, but this might be a system wide problem. I have made every player with this problem to close the app and then start it up again, some say it worked on the first try, some say it took them several times to see they were on the fleet.
