Start Circulating More Schematics via Portal and Dabo

To the best of my knowledge, the only schematics that are in circulation via the Time Portal and/or Dabo are the same ones that were in circulation since launch. It'd be nice to get some NX Class or Borg Sphere or Disco schematics mixed in with all the superfluous Bounty and Intrepid-Class schematics I haven't needed in ages.

    I would be happier with no schematics in the portal packs at all.

    They can make schematics packs if they really want us to buy them. Right now, every schematic I get in a pack is 100 less honor for me to eventually get a citation with.
