According to my notes, I pulled three of him last year. One was in an event pack for the event that featured him ("Alpha and Omega"). The second was in a special portal pack ("Holostories") where he was one of the guaranteed crew who dropped. The third, however, was in a routine premium 10x pull from a Staff Your Ship offer in November.

Ah so I'll get one yet. Watched "Our Man Bashir" a while back and now want those characters. Already got Bashir, Garak, Falcon, Duchamps and Anastasia. Dont have Honey Bare or Noah yet though. I'd imagine once collections appear that would be one of them.
