Squad name change

I don't know if this suggestion been made, but:

Would be nice to be able to change name of a Squad without disbanding and creating a new one.

Also would be nice if Admiral got the power to change squadleader within any squad in their fleet.

It's come up periodically, but always worth making note that there are players still in favor of these things!
