Well...now that you mention it...

I liked the character, but at least I have a fair shot at immortalizing her. Crew-slots are a premium and I'm not sure I want to hold on to another 1/5*

Generally, Moogie should be a 4*. But given, what (to some extent ridiculous) 5* characters we already have, she could have been legendary as well.
