Should there be achievement rewards for...?

Collecting all stars in each episode in the Galaxy Map & Cadet Missions is quite an achievement, yet there are no rewards for it.
Should we be rewarded is the question?

    Yes
    Sounds like a good idea. It gives people another reason beyond pride to complete missions that would otherwise not be touched because they don’t have a good drop rate for important components.

    I was all set to say Hell yeah!

    Then I realized they add episodes or distress calls.

    I can say this, I was disappointed the first time I completed everything and there was no reward.
    Then another distress call got added and at that point I did not think anything of not getting a reward. Same when episode 8 got added.

    I suppose I should have voted Hell yeah! When you completed all available missions on epic the first time some reward should be given.
    No reward need be given for it when new missions are added.
    Just a one time achievement once collected, cannot collect again.

    Change my undecided to Hell yeah!

    My undecided is a Hell yeah!

    We do get a superrare crew for completing the episodes 7,8 at lowest level.
    But then when we complete a distress call there is no reward.
    And nothing for completing episodes at higher levels.

    Looking it up episode one a choice between Security Chief Worf and Persis

    Episode 2 a choice between three rare crew Torres, Dukat, and Winn
    Episode 3 nothing
    4 Rare crew Reyga or Brunt
    5 choice of x50 Defiant or Nova schematics😳
    6 nothing
    7 superrare crew Tomalak or Garak
    8 superrare crew Karr or Weyoun

    It'd make sense for each episode to have its own achievement. Later episodes have higher rewards. It's more scalable that way, and another game I play does something similar which works well.

    Not sure how it's possible that they missed this in achievements. That's like achievements 99. Prerequisite knowledge assumed before taking the intro class 101.

    Yes, especially because are legit achievements and not something you have to buy your way into it. I'm looking at you 20hrs voyage, that nonsense.

    An "all" achievement would likely break something or restrict future content knowing DBs spaghetti code issues. Also, they episodes were the first achievements, with their rewards for completing them.

    If it could happen with no issue, sure. Knowing DB, it seems like more trouble than it is worth for them to try to do. Would rather see new collection or further even participation achieves.

    You don’t give DB enough credit, they are pretty good at rectifying issues with the game.

    With regards to episodes being the 1st achievements & rewarded for completing them,
    you’d only need complete each mission on NORMAL mode to claim a single crew reward.

    Presides was before the achievements hall was formed & completing all missions on Epic is a high achievement & something all players should aspire to reach & be rewarded for their efforts.

    It’s taken me over 2 years to do and that’s playing daily & minimal dilithium purchasing.

    I’d wanna see something rewarded for that & looking at the results of this poll so far, a strong percentage of players would also.

    With even more rewards being given for completing Campaign,
    Daily Missions,
    Voyages,
    Gauntlet etc.

    We are yet to be acknowledged in
    Achievements for fully completing all episodes in the
    Galaxy Map.

    I said no for the total map as its constantly evolving so it would be too hard to implement. What I think would work is a reward for completing each section, somewhat like completing collections. I must admit I haven't completed the map yet as I can warp all the missions I require. I'm slowly doing the rest but there isn't much incentive other than for completeness.

    Well they do update the achievement for immortalised crew every so often so why not add another reward once they launch another episode.
    The Galaxy Map rewards are lacking to say the least and it is nails to collect all the stars in each difficulty.

    Lesser achievements are recognised and rewarded for so why not?

    They could have it so that for every season that is completed you would get a prizedand then if they add more seasons later then they would jsut update the tracker like they did with the factions when they added the borg after the rewards.

    Even without the achievement I consider this a milestone and one of the hardest and most desireable targets in the game

    Maxing out the captain level is definitely the hardest - as much grinding as it took, I finally made it to 20,000 gauntlet rounds last month...and only hit level 82 last week. One of the other week-1 players in my fleet is only at level 74, though she doesn’t go all that hard in events.

    Yeah, I don't see any reason not to do this and I don't see any reason why it can't be cleanly done in tiers to keep up with new missions as they're added later.
