Chief O’Brien and lately Trader Odo. I just airlocked 3 Trader Odos I got from the 10 for 10 deal.

Also, there was the David Marcus fiasco where he was dropping like a rare crew instead of a super rare. One 10 pack could drop multiple Davids, plus another 4*. I airlocked a bunch of him back then.
