    I restarted the game because the lag was so bad and now I can’t even get back into the game

    Can we at least get an acknowledgement that DB is aware and working on it?

  • I'm playing the steam version and it's bad here too.

    I'm noticing that, yeah. Couldn't get my voyages rewards on my phone, but the Steam version was a little better. Doing anything on either version is like pulling teeth.

  • Shan/Star Trek Timelines, Lots of players are experiencing severe server lag this evening with the game running slower than a family of galactic space snails.

    Have a 18hr voyages with a large cache of chronitons -- after multiple restarts it finally appears to have let me recall it but the game is terrible at the moment very slow indeed. Please look into what's causing the problems thank you
  • It is occurring to be too, everything is slow, each command takes seconds to be acknowledged by the server.

    Ops made some database changes, and things should be back to normal now. If you ended up having to use Dilithium to recover your voyage, please submit a ticket to Player Support, and they should be able to help you.

    It will expedite things if you clearly indicate that your ticket is related to Voyages, and that Dilithium was involved.

  • I hate this new format. I hate this new facebook looking crap that is impossible to find anything, and i have to log on, and i am a 20 digit number nobody gives a **tsk tsk** who you are? I am zeromus. I have been playing since this started. You don't care, but there are $100s of dollars spent in this intangible game. I hope someone got a big fat check for screwing up a perfectly good system. Shan, please help.

    I'm throwing out a somewhat educated guess, even though I don't know what database DB uses. Most databases can get bogged down due to the number of transactions that are executed and need some form of maintenance to clean things up. With DB2, a "runstats" command usually cleans up transaction lag. The database maintenance really has nothing to do with the rewards.

    If you have a specific issue finding something, give me more details.
    We kept the categories as they were in the old forums, as much as possible.
    You do not have to log on to view the forums, and you can change your name at any time.

    The current theme cannot be change for the time being, I am sorry, there are browsers addons available which could help.

  • I hope a darker theme comes out soon. I use different devices for forums and I did not want to mess with add ons on each of them. Any time frame for something to be developed in that regard?
