    I got my Arachnia Janeway from the same situation. The RNG is bipolar. It can gift you this gem or you can run a mission a hundred times and not get a single needed component.

    It would be nice if Timelines had a mechanic like some other games. If there is a chance for an item to drop, a times ten auto drops at least one of each item......

    Sure would take some of the frustration out of the stuff that only drops from a 24 Chroniton mission, and has one dot......

    That would be nice. Like the 4* in a 10x Premium, at least one of all the components in a 10x warp. I think I ran Operation Isolate 210 times for a freaking single science experiment last week.

    Now THAT is a fancy da ... royal flush! Huge pull there! I got already very lucky for my standards today and pulled two 490 dilly purrtals expecting to get one Po and one DF Torres (haven't had them yet). And ... well, it worked! One pull each, exactly got the crew I needed. :)

    Lol, Torres was one of my most wanted cards and it took me 12 packs to get her. But I had already tried to rank in her event, miscalculated, tried to catch up in the last 40 minutes, got stuck on a lagging game (or internet connection - not sure about that) and ended up at rank 1520 :frowning:
    Never seen her in a begold since she was added to the portal.
    So even with 12 packs, I'm happy to have her now :lol:
