I took the free pack, wanted to buy it again and clicked on "Buy", then received it again for free and was happy. I thought maybe it was a hidden gift for the players who are spending a lot of money here that they are now getting some extra free. That was probably not the case. So it was a programming mistake by TP. And that's why I've been banned now! Are you serious about punishing players for wanting to spend money and only you guys have made a mistake?

Agreed. For once, I thought I was lucky. I assumed that they might take it back, and was fine with that, but who knows, right? It wasn’t malice. Just feeling lucky for once. I’m sad for this extremely harsh consequence. It wasn’t necessary. There are real cheaters, like the one who use bots to do their events. I didn’t program this game. I accept that TP might make mistakes once in a while, and sometimes that has consequences for us players, like in events. Can you accept that this time, we just thought we were lucky??

I, and the rest of my fleet, feel that banning people for something that is not their fault, is ludicrous. How were they to know the game had a bug in it?

TP - just in case you did not get it the firt time orund - ban the person / team that designed, wrote & QA'd that event pack.....

The amount of mistakes now are becoming a regular event now. Event offers not going live on Wednesday, x2 offer that was corrected to a x3 offer as TP earned more money, but press a button too many times when it's not earning TP money = immediate ban?

Oh I forgot the dilithium not being awarded on the 4x premium packs. What is happening with the programming TP?

Devs and TS refuse to take credit for their mistakes and treat us like the problem is on our end or like we're noobs and don't know how to left click a mouse. I have about 30 emails I can show anyone to prove it.

You're right, all we do know is that players who had NOTHING to do with putting it there got punished for using what they put out there to use.
