It's guaranteed to be a pack. Since we know the next 4 weeks will be the mirror mega event and they never put crew in the vault more than a few days before they appear, it means they'll be a pack.
Surak would have been perfect for a Vulcan mega-event (maybe Vulcan-Romulan) as the "[the] greatest of all who ever lived on [Vulcan]", to quote Spock.
I want the Breen guy, and I'll pass on the others unless their stats are really good. Fierce Guinan's prof is okay, though her traits are great and she gets 65% crit for the Guinan gauntlet set. Colonel Worf has great dip, almost 850 base. Based on those two, I'm guessing that at least 1 of the 4 will have good if not great stats for 4*s.
Today we are releasing a server update which contains changes to Voyages.
These changes are intended to balance rewards to fit a greater variety of playstyles, and are as follows:
- Slightly increased chances to earn Credits, Training Programs, and Components. - 4 new Voyages exclusive crew have been added as on-time rewards. Experiment with Dilemmas and you might encounter them; tell us when you do!
- Slightly decreased chances to earn 1* crew.
- Slightly decreased chances to earn Chronitons on Voyages going past 4 hours.

I've been waiting for Thot Gor, so that's cool. I have some mental health issues, including generalized anxiety disorder and PTSD. "The Thaw" was one of the few VOY episodes that resonated with me. On that basis, I'm interested in The Clown.

Thanks, just checked on the wiki page for Dilemma's and there is only 2 options for Dilemma Interference, Part 2 but certain I saw 3. Anyway it was "lure the substance out without harming it"
I would be interested in knowing what traits the clown has. He is not a hologram. But my guess the only way to include him in timelines is to make him a hologram.

The Clown was awesome. But, of course he was. Michael McKean is an awesome actor.....

Part 2 only has 2 choices (unless they added another choice). Part 1 has the middle option that leads to part 2.
