Premium Rewards counters don't update in 11.0.1

Whenever I get a free Premium Reward, either a single or a 10-pack, the counters in the Time Portal don't update until I close and restart the game.

    Only way I can get them is by restarting the game. Basic rewards are affected, too... Not just premium awards.
    Fleet Admiral - Dazed & Confused 🤸🤸🙃 We are still waiting for Enterprise B, the Delta Flyer, and a Runabout! We should also have a TNG season 1 red shirt LT JG Worf, and a "Far Beyond The Stars" DS9 episode crew collection!
  • Any chance this is getting fixed? It's ridiculous that even after a month, I still have to keep rebooting the app any time I want to redeem rewards I won in the portal.

  • This has been going on for months, I think. It's very annoying. I buy an offer, then have to exit the game and start it back up just to open my packs.

    Also with Campaign packs, and threshold/ranked packs in events, and single pulls from Gauntlet, etc. Basically everything is unavailable until a restart.

    Playing on Steam on Windows 11.
  • Other issues, introduced after the 3h downtime 2 weeks ago, haven’t been resolved either. Tickets get closed unanswered.

    Here's the trick so you don't have to reboot every time. Save your Basic rewards pulls form the Gauntlet etc... and do one draw..... then your premium rewards will show up.

    Note: This doesn't work for the Honor Hall draws, that you have to reboot for
