Dress Uniform Riker is not in the Collection.
That is odd, probably because they didn’t clock “Groom” as meaning dress uniform. Hopefully added soon.

I think he meant even if you max out the collection now he is still unobtainable. 24/24 is the max currently but you need 26/26 for Worf.
Oh. I missed he was for 26. Well, Riker will be 25, when fixed. Are their more "Dressy" Crew in the Mega, maybe?
I'm also a little curious. Was he not at the wedding? Because he is in the TV Dress Uniform from TNG.

Which opens up the possibility of "Angry Drunk Worf" down the line somewhere. Another one for the collection, surely?

I did slightly better. Two Legendaries and finished the Jem'Hadar 5 ⭐ Ship for fourteen Pulls.

Groom "Ricker" might need to be added manually. They might have missed him because of the lack of "Dress Uniform" in the name.
Spock is wearing what looks like it could be a Dress Uniform. Either that or something similar to the "Command Wrap". But, was that ever used by anyone other than a Captain?
Carol Freeman should probably be added, as well. She's in a variation of the White Dress Uniform Jacket. And uniforms do sometimes vary a little, even in series set in the same time frame.
After googling actual images of the TOS mirror mirror episode, I would say Mirror Spock is indeed in a dress uniform. Everyone else was wearing the standard tunic (except for Kirk's unique gold wrap). It looks to be a reuse of prime McCoy's dress uniform with the thin gold edging, and he has the collar open. (Prime Spock's dress uniform had the thicker gold).
