If Chaplain Chaplin Odo is a mashed up holographic simulation. I have some 350 holographic episodes where EMH indulged his fantasies which I would title the Stargate Universe!!
He plays a antagonist there as well!!
His character was an antagonist early on but he eventually came around and was a good guy by the time that picture was taken. Either way, I can’t imagine anyone having a problem with more Doctor versions.
I’m guessing Odo is from the same “episode” as RAF Bashir, RAF O’Brien, Aviator Yar and Tuskegee Mayweather
Seriously.... people, Bashir and O'Brien are straight pulled from an episode, and known well enough for their holodeck romps that folks should at least google if they have a doubt. (always google if you have a doubt)
Ranting about straight from episode characters being non-cannon really hurts the cause.

Excuse me, but you’re quoting me. Where was the rant? I wasn’t making a negative comment or even implying a negative comment so I really have to question your response.

Ok, you were simply the 50th person to wrongly call RAF Bashir and O'Brien made up (or imply that they are), and I projected past ranting on to you. Still, it's silly to keep wrongly bringing these two up.
My mind keeps wandering towards "ways Odo could have made it into an Hirogen holosimulation", lol.
Combat Medic Paris didn't really exist either, although he looks like the guy Bobby that was in that episode.
Really? Looks like he existed to me...
Yes and no. Yes there was Lieutenant Bobby Davis in The Killing Game, but no he wasn't a medic like DB turned him in to.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
A bit of creative license, there, was a good call, imo. We need more MED (and ENG) variety, and being a medic was part of his character as a whole, so it's not like it was pulled out of thin air, either. At least one example of canon-bending done well, I'd say. Wouldn't mind more of that, and less mind-boggling versions like Augment Commander O'Brien.

Hate to turn this into a rant, but that character was NOT Bobby, since he was not a fictional representation on the Holodeck, he was flesh and blood Tom Paris "brainwashed" into thinking he was Lt. Bobby Davis. And I'm pretty sure he even had a medkit when he went to check on Brigitte (Torres).
But I do agree on one point, both yes, and no.
For STT, he should probably be put in for a name change, since Davis is the character they pulled the image from the episode for. And now that I have said that, I did just that in "Make It So".

He was as much Bobby Davis as Seven was de Neuf.
Whether he had a med kit with him or not, I honestly can't recall, but he wasn't a Combat Medic. Combat Medic is an enlisted specialty...

I was in no way complaining (although a "combat medic" who's an officer kinda rubs the wrong way slightly), just saying he's not as cut and dry as RAF O'Brien & RAF Bashir.
RAF Bashir and O'Brien are basically just off-duty crew in costume. While they are 'canon' they are no different to basic crew in the prime timeline. Why this is considered more appropriate as a card than a non-canon version from another timeline is beyond me. This is Timelines not Costume Lines.

It's seriously beyond you why people would prefer things that actually appeared in episodes?

Of course not. However the game is called Timelines and I would have expected many more non-canon versions than there actually are. The fact that people kick up such a fuss when DB gets creative is what's beyond me!
5* Douglas Pabst, from Far Beyond the Stars
4* Dress Uniform Kirk, from The Menagerie
4* Temporal Agent Seven of Nine
(Think about it)
Lol. Burning out some EPS conduits thinking about it...and...nothing. Please enlighten.
So many possibilities:
All three actors appeared on the same Legal Drama.
Kirk's role, lawyer for Spock, in that episode.
Odo's role in Far Beyond the Stars, was the office manager of the Legal Drama
Seven is a time traveler (and really she was just tacked on)
Event characters cross three series. Bonus crew is a cornucopia with no need for traits.
People will want a cannon variant of Kirk
Unique Odo for collectors.
Repeat card for people who want those (I dont)

It was an alien representation of a war that had taken place centuries earlier on that basis any misrepresentation is perfectly explainable

I believe Jeri Ryan was also a regular in the later seasons of Boston Legal.

It was Boston Public, no?
She was a regular on Boston Public but I believe she also had at least one guest appearance on Boston Legal.
Lately (so far in 2018), the new character has usually (but not always) been threshold. Historically, it's a tossup.

Errr... none of those cards have a cannon!
In fact, I can only think of one appropriate Cannon card for STT, and it truly is a "cannon variant of Kirk":
It was an alien representation of a war that had taken place centuries earlier on that basis any misrepresentation is perfectly explainable
