We're Still Missing a Founding Member Race

Humans, Vulcans, Andorians, Tellarites
One of these things is not like the others.
We've got plenty of the first three, so why are we still missing Tellarites?

I can’t imagine that’s the case...that should be covered under the existing licensing agreement. My guess is that we never really got any memorable Tellarites other than a couple of ambassadors. That being said, I would love to have Graal or Gav on my crew.
Oh, that's funny right there. Also amusing when a joke goes over someone's head, especially when everyone else in the room gets it.
The same way that the UFP flag has prominent stars representing Earth, Vulcan and Andor.
That insult is actually honoring them according to their cultural beliefs. (And giving them a reliably convenient argument to start a conversation with.)
That Tellarite That Sarek Maybe Whacked
That Tellarite That Sato Warned Might Want to Eat Porthos
That Tellarite Gawking at Kirk's Trial
That Mirror Tellarite Hanging Around Mirror Sarek
The tellarite that captured archer!

Meh... they all look the same to me. Stick a spacesuit on a pig (OK, maybe wild boar) and instant Tellarite.
To me, the Tellarites were a founding member of the Federation like Luxembourg was a founding member of the European Union. Yeah, they were there... but...
Well I wouldn't say we have "plenty" when it comes to Andorians. There's Shran and his versions, Lissan, Tarah, Shukar, Shras, and Thelin. That's not a big representation to me.
I do want Tellarites in game, same with Bolians.
Captain of the voyage vessels: Queen of Bashir, Landsknecht, and Sunspear, the first luxury starship cruiseliners.
Amenities include wifi, fully-functioning holodecks, a full-service bar, 3 party decks, a Trill spa, and a business centre.
Fun fact: The ships are propelled by bouncy castle technology.
Lissan is not an Andorian.

There were several Tellarites in various Enterprise episodes.
[Insert "boo"s from the "Enterprise was lame" crowd here]
That Disco Tellarite looks great! Which episode is it from? I don't remember that at all!

He is the one that @Travis S McClain referred to as "That Mirror Tellarite Hanging Around Mirror Sarek".
Yes! Would love to have Commander Loskeen (or however it's spelled).
I was surprised I came up with That Tellarite That Sato Warned Might Want to Eat Porthos! I've only gone through ENT in its entirety once, and that was in 2016. I know there were other Tellarites who popped up from time to time, but I literally cannot recall a single one of them.
Good, thanks. I'm on my second viewing of Discovery so I'll get there soon enough!

That would be a great card...."Tube Stuffed Tellerite" all you would see would be the open tube and a pair of feet.
No image rights issues there
It wasn't Shras, it was a member of his staff who was actually a surgically altered Orion
Yeah...i clearly gotta rewatch tos! How could i forget lol! Thanks for the memory refresher!
Man... they can find one Vulcan and one Human lifesign on a planet with billions of lifeforms and yet “surgically” altered Klingons, Humans and Orion spies always get away undetected.
Nah man. Enterprise Was Best! And the Tellerite that captured Archer had a whole episode of screen time. We hated him, then we sympathized with him, then we felt bad for him, then we applauded him.
Nah, that dude was a pig 🐷....
He was. The ones from TOS were the worst!! They were so cheesy looking!
Come on. TOS was in the 60s with commensurate budgets and special effects. It was only like a decade removed from “Captain Proton” type SFX. Watch TOS on blu Ray with enhanced resolution and SFX and it’s not bad (although I’m biased because I grew up on TOS and still think Kirk is best). Or compare it to BBC Doctor Who from the same era (is that a rubber plunger on the Dalek?) and you shouldn’t be so judgmental about TOS pigs in space.
It’s a plunger and a whisk.
