I’d call number 3 best base MED a little better than okay, but that’s just me.
His COM stat is gross though. Humbled Archer was a better card IMO
MED/SEC is an under-represented pair though. I still use Mirror Phlox on voyages somewhat often to cover it.
That's because Mirror Phlox is a beast
Hadn't even thought about Med/Sec. But I am stocked on Med so that's probably why I am so so on EMH. I'll try to get him
Edit - just checked, I have 9 legendaries with med/sec
I mean MED with a SEC secondary. There are several like Darth Bashir and Cornwell that have a decent SEC third stat, but it’s still basically a throw-in. I may be overlooking some though.
I'm very much looking forward to EMA. The only legends that I have with med/sec or sec/med primary/secondary are Gladiator McCoy and Merry Men Crusher. It's actually a pretty uncommon skillset.

People've been asking for rewards to be more smoothed through the ranks so it's not virtually the same for 26-1000 (factions) or 16-1000 (others). Now we go backwards to make them even less? In a way that affects the players who are trying (or paying) the hardest?
Yay stats, but EMA should have the Hologram trait.
First Physician trait is refused for President of Earth and Command Hologram even though he performed physician duties in those episodes including surgery, now a holographic simulation of an android version of him isn't a hologram.
Maybe you've got reasons to limit some traits. But as a game based on characters we care about, do justice to them with deserved traits? coughWeyoun6cough

Nice. I would like to point out that he should still have the hologram trait. Although the aliens contacted in "Living Witness" thought the Doctor was an android instead of a hologram, the Warship program consisted of holograms...Warship Janeway, Chackotay etc have the hologram triat.
Yes, exactly. How in the world did they manage to mess this up? I mean, they’ve done a handful of other “Warship” crew already and they ALL have the Hologram trait as they should, but no, when it finally comes to the coolest one that I’ve been waiting and waiting for, they screw it up. He should have Hologram AND Android, because he’s a holographic recreation of an android, just like Chakotay and Janeway both have Hologram AND Human and Tuvok has Hologram AND Vulcan!
Weirdly enough, I’m also Vulcan Housewife. Also, RNGesus hates me, like really, REALLY hates me.

Also, Frank Hollander has both Hologram and Android (because he's a holographic recreation of Data), so it's certainly not unheard of. Sounds like they probably just forgot in this case.

Okay. Did the EMH do "doctor stuff" AS The President of Earth, though? Or as the EMH outside of the Holodeck? Been a bit since I watched that one on NetFlix.

Did Princess Jadzia do Pilot stuff while she was dressed like that for the holosuite? Did Angel One Riker fly anything while he was dressed like that?
But Wesley from an episode where he was covering up an accident while flying a ship is not given the pilot trait? And Sito from the exact same episode flying the exact same ship is given the trait?
The traits on these characters are wildly inconsistent at best. It really feels like they're picked by throwing darts with no review process

Why would being in costume on a holodeck make him not a physician? It's not their profession unless they're currently at it?
Other crew who are just hanging out on the holodeck as EMH was, are still Pilots, Astrophysicists, Engineered, Duelists, Physicians.
PoE's missing the Costumed trait too since he's in costume like other holodeck visitors - Princess Jadzia, Falcon O'Brien, Prospero, Robin Hood, RAF Bashir (still a Physician), Arachnia, Captain Proton Paris, Buster Kincaid Kim...

I'm just saying maybe they chose to not have the physician trait on PoE for reasons. Why is it fifty other people dress like Klingons and get the Klingons trait, yet Blood Oath Jadzia is Godfather to three Klingon families, bound by a sacred oath under Klingon tradition, and does not have the Klingon trait? Because they decided to do it that way. It does not matter what we feel. The ultimate choice is theirs.
I know they have been promising to add that trait to her, but since it has been promised for five years or something, I quit holding my breath........
"The truth is like a lion; you don't have to defend it. Let it loose; it will defend itself."
That's the new standard for faction events for a while now. Probably a TP call, since it could possibly motivate people to buy packs or the $9.99 offer.

If it was actually thought through on their part and we disagreed with their reason, that would be fine. But a lot of these traits do not feel thought through. They feel like different designers picked traits for individual crew with no thought about decisions made on similar crew. Sometimes it feels like the designer doesn't know the source material and just picks based on the memory alpha summary. And some designers may not even be aware of trait options available.
That's what the complaint is about. Not if someone in a holodeck should have their primary trait or not, but why some characters do have their traits and others don't.
Remember that the EMA was what the historians on that planet thought the EMH was from the available information not what the EMH really was. The Doctor had to explain all of the things they got wrong. Also, if EMA was both android and hologram it would make him more powerful than the others. DB likes to have an either/or some traits not both.
Is rank 201-650 supposed to have identical rewards?
Don’t forget to scroll right, as the trainers are initially hidden from view. Of course, since the difference is a laughable five purple trainers, they are really identical anyway. DB’s rewards ranks are truly terrible.

Warship Chakotay and Warship Janeway are both Human and Holograms. They were a holographic representation of the human that the historians thought the people were. Similarly EMA should be an Android and a Hologram. He was a holographic representation of the Android the historians thought he was. And why is Android/Hologram more powerful than Human/Hologram? And for that matter if Android/Hologram has to be either/or, then what about Frank Hollander? He's currently both Android and Hologram because he's a holographic representation of an Android Data.
I bought 6 more event packs and finally got a Sisko. The two purple blanks you can't see were K'mtar. 11 event packs total today and only one event legendary is really terrible. Last week I bought 10 event packs and only got two event legendaries. With Mountaineer Spock event I bought 8 event packs and no event legendary spocks at all. So 29 event packs for 3 event legendaries is really poor. I used to average about 1 event legendary per 3.5 event packs. These drop rates don't really make me want to buy more packs. Maybe that is intentional. Make the odds so poor that people are forced to buy the $100 deals instead of the $25.

To complicate even further .... I seem to recall some throwaway technobabble dialogue in the episode stating that the re-creations weren’t actually holograms but some sort of technology even further along. If I got that right, then technically none of the Warship crew should have a hologram trait under a strict constructionist reading of the source material. :-)

Came to say the same. Definitely should also have hologram.
I support this comment.
Second Star to the Right - Join Today!
It seems Top 16-25 now nets you only one 5* character when you received two 5* before.
This seems the opposite of what most captains have asked - better distributing rewards in the top 1k... 🤦♂️

He is an EMH! By definition he IS a hologram.
Was hoping for some siskos as he is the best security base stat in the game. The two legendaries were good though.

As is High Roller Sisko, since you brought it up.
(It has been years since I've seen the best "Star Trek" movie ever made, so forgive me if it is not perfect in the quote.)
Instead they extend out the threshold to make it even tougher to complete. When what people have been clamoring for is a better ranked system
Since K'mtar is a diplomat, he will be my 25th for the collection and get me the last diplomacy bonus.
I...also had a behold that led me to choose a Virtuoso Doctor on my fifth pack. #twinsies

More rank rewards doesn't make DB $, more threshold rewards does. It's that simple.

I am expecting a lack of 3 seaters again. We have even more bonus crew this run around.
