I chose Tarah because Robin Hood will be finished in a little over 2 months. Yes, I could have taken him now and finish him in a little over one month, but the net result will be the same. He is a card I will rarely use because I have better cards, and when he is finished he will go straight into the Freezer. Tarah might stay in the crew roster but she's currently in the 6 day waiting queue, waiting for a slot... and I'm not sure I'll find a space for her as she isn't anyone special.
I took T'Rul purely for the Romulan collection. You say it's easy to complete, but it's one of my least completed collections. Marshal of France Q, again, won't be used that much since I have better cards.
Buuuuut it's all moot anyway, because all my choices will probably end up as honour anyway since I don't have any space... and these choices just don't rate highly enough for me!

My free 10 pull...just in time for her to appear in a pack.

You may not be aware, but Chakotay is a very unique skill combo and is immensely valuable for voyages (as well as a very rare crew drop), and for the occasional event. Gowron's ONLY use is gauntlet. Just want to educate people who might read your comment.
No screenshots, but threshold was a straight drop of someone I already had IMM. I think it was either Apollo or Bridge Officer Troi. The community, though, got me a Behold:
23rd Century Martok (1/5), Vengeful L'Rell (1/5), Gul Madred (0/5)
I took the second star on L'Rell, though I'm pretty sure Martok was the smarter choice for game play purposes.

The logic here is just so strange ... you'd rather have a non-FF 4* sitting around for the next few months taking up space than getting the opportunity to FF that 4* earlier than expected? The next result is not the same ... you can take on new crew earlier, especially since you're always working with overflow crew.
Case in point ... I just got one on my current Voyage ... so Robin Hood would be 3/4 later this evening with a last star coming in in a couple of weeks for certain (and maybe earlier). 2 weeks is a tonne better than almost 3 months in my books, but hey, what do I know.
Thankfully, he's already immortal for me and comes out for each Picard event because his SEC base (over 1000) is really good for a 4*.
Tarah's terrible, so you might just as well airlock her now. Only useful in extremely niche circumstances, not even part of a collection. The kind of crew you only should take if there are no other options (see my pull for this event) or she comes in through a voyage.
@RaraRacing the point is that Robin Hood will never get used! So 1/4 or 2/4, it's all the same to me - one card sitting my roster waiting for the freezer.
The logic is: everything was useless. The only benefit was finishing Robin Hood one month early and having the crew slot taken up with another worthless crew for an indeterminate amount of time until they inevitably become honour.

Robin is quite useful for faction events where Picard is event crew.

Yep, threshold pull was honor.

Quark got his picture taken before his fist was fully closed. So close.
Both are good. Cannot go wrong with either. Tough choice. I do not have Gowron. I do have Sulan and he rocks. I can often beat Caretaker with him when it is med-sci.
Third star for Keras
Threshold (decided I wanted a garak): 1200 honor with 2 FF beholds.

I don’t know who the best stats pick would’ve been, but Mirror Picard had been my only legendary Picard, and that’s not enough Picard.

You definitely made the correct choice. Romulan Picard was the best of the bunch.
