I agree on this. I would love to see traits like musician, survivalist and all the others which are assigned to more than a handful of crew being collections. Like... why is jury rigger so much more important than prodigy?
I collect each and every purple and really would like to see most of them being useful at least in the freezer. This is especially true for the older non-bridge crew which is quite useless otherwise, apart from the pokemon aspect.

Only at the very end of the film do we see Spock in his Starfleet uniform. I’d more readily associate Captain Spock with either the Academy scenes from ST2 or the conference room scene from ST6.
An E.V. suit collection. There's still more crew you could add like Spock in Naked Time or Worf from First Contact. Even Pike from S2 Discovery.
Captain Spock is the version from Star Trek VI as he has the "Special Envoy" trait. His ship ability "Logic is the beginning of Wisdom" is also part of a quote from him to Valeris in Star Trek VI.

How about a 1/6 Captain Jack Crusher (from the novel Q Squared) who is not merge-able because he is the only one who exists in any timeline?

Where is Captain Beverly Picard from? She was the one that I thought might have been a novel.
she should be from TNG "All Good Things"
She's a future version of Beverly from TNG's finale "All Good Things . . ." -- from the same future as Irumodic Syndrome Picard, Admiral Riker, and Governor Worf. (And Professor Data, if they ever add him to the game, which I hope they do.)
